Then I try the same thing and I'm able to do 10 reps. And then I continue with it, and then again 4-5 days I didn't lift at all. And I could suddenly do 30 reps with the same weight. Very easily. Within a month I went from 0 to 30 reps on that instrument, with correct form. 😭😭😭😭 So happy. ❤️😭😭😭
