    Sir mai apki exersize follow krke boht better result pa rha hu or mujhe boht proud feel hota hai ki mujhe kisi se exersize puchne ki jarurt nhi. Hoti mai total work out apki vedio dekh ke follow krta hu chahe vo back ho ya soilder or ab zym mai log mujh se puchne lge hai ki sir chest ki exersize bta do I like u sir maja aa gya .

    Sir main pehle aap ka thumbnail me photo dekh kar video nahi dekhta tha kyun ki mujhe laga tha itne bhari bharkam banda bhari bharkam tarike se samjhayenge.. iss weak se aap ko follow kar rha hu aur aap k bataye huye work out perform karne ki koshish kar rha hu. Itna batana chahta hu sir.. bht hi mazedar insaan hain aap... ❤️ Itna lamba vlog dekh rha hu par enjoy kar rha hu. Nahi toh 10 mnt ka vlog kaat kaat k dekhna parta hai ❤️

    Very good sound effects
    As many other put the sound very high i.e. Y need to change volume again and again but it's perfectly balanced here
