Thank you for this podcast it is one of my favourite podcasts ever, as it gets to the point of why we do what we do, and it is never about money when you dig deep it is normally our childhoods.

I'm pretty sure this is my favourite podcast so far although your others are great also. I love a good podcast that sends you away to think think think and this one will do just that. Thanks to both of you for being so open with us because in doing so you help others and cause us to look at our own business goals etc.

Great podcast team! I will be the first to admit I struggle with Imposter Syndrome all the time questioning, am I good enough for this, can I do that, no i cant, yes I can - but then I do every effort to push past it. its a huge complex of trying to be a better version of ourselves. Most of the time, we know what we have to do, but getting uncomfortable usually requires a carrot dangling from a stick to help it set in (which is why we can do things quickly, when strained for time). Really enjoyed the chat. I do have a question for you both. You have both said, you hate doing key parts of the business and dont want to do ebay forever. I have to ask, why not buy back your time, or outsource parts of the business - yes I know it becomes another cost and lowers profits, but if it means you dont have to the stuff you dont want to do, focus on the things you do (business or personal) and still make the money - then why not? The same scenario you suggested for the GYM, but your own business. You have the advantage to become the decision maker (owner) and not the worker. But I also like the GYM approach idea too. I also agree on changing your identity to "business owner, small business owner, business women"... as yes in nature yes we are resellers, but that comes with its box of "generalisations" and you are not those things - you better, bigger and building something beyond the "standard reselling box". Great chat folks!

To me success is the ability to have choices in life. We can definitely loose our way on the pursuit of success, that’s probably why life throws us curve balls to redirect us to what is important. Thank you for the thought provoking content.

Couldn't agree more! The world is now filled with so much content on other peoples hills, mountains, races and we constantly try to hold ourselves to their standards, its one thing to be inspired by it, but a complete other to push yourself past what you even want or can do, just to be on par with someone or something that doesn't matter to you at all ! Your race is your race, be consistent in what you want to do and never apologise for it and we will all find happiness and balance. Loving these, I nod along and cheer you on watching
    Sam :)

The point that you made about trading our valuable time for garbage applies to everything we consume, including food. Trading future time for the instant gratification/pleasure we get from unhealthy food today is a net loss on time.
