@@tobymacdonald5893 To be fair it depends, a lot of wealthy people in respectable positions wear casual clothing to the work place. Depends on dress code. Same stands for interviews. Not all interviews require a suit.

8:30 It's really refreshing to hear the dragons say that they welcome the entrepreneurs hearing other offers in contrast to Shark tank where it's seriously frustrating hearing the sharks threaten and pressure the entrepreneurs to not listen to any other offers when they have to make a make-or-break life changing decision about their company.
If I want drink without alcohol I'll have a cup of tea
or coffee or Coke Zero depending If I need a hot or a cold and fizzy drink. I really dont understand the non alcohol alcoholic drink industry. its like fake meat for vegetarians
An increasing number of people (drivers, alcohol averse) enjoy alcohol free drinks, so tea is fine for you but young people in bars at night want something else
@cg9616 I'm a young person, (26) I don't know anyone who likes non alcohol alcohol drinks. When me or my friends go out we just get a coke or something if we don't wanna drink. Like then it's more about the taste than the affect so coke is a million times better

I think for no.1 I would have asked for 16% for Deborah and Sara. But if that didn't work I'd go for Sara and say I'd take 8% to show my respect for her impact and influence.
According to Companies House, Drynks Unlimited LTD entered administration on 24 July 2023.

These guys really fumbled here. You NEVER isolate dragons. First of all it sours your “plan B” and it also gives leverage to your preferred dragon to make it difficult for you. The question that should’ve been asked:
“Are either of you willing to be more competitive on your share”
If no
“Would either of you be interested in a drop down to 5% once your investment is paid back”
And then that way they out pressure on both dragons and also their preferred dragon without making it obvious.

In reference to the 2nd pitch, we so often see dragons irate at entrepreneurs who over value there business.
But with the supplement pitch there, the dragons were wanting 110k investment across both of his businesses, therefore grossly undervaluing his 1st businesses. This happens quite regularly.
I'm glad that guy didn't give in and rightly pointed out "you need more than 110k to invest"
They never said any percentage though. Also, distributors run on small margins and make their money on volume. His turnover wasn't that impressive to begin with and didn't show any signs of real growth. 110k for 10% of both companies would still be grossly overvaluing his 1st business. Add to that that he wanted his distribution company to be the sole distributer of the product, this whole pitch was never a real proposition anyway...
He tried to pitch a scam and he got what he deserved.
Why do these show-offs think people seek help to start a business???
