    Move with Nicole has got me to the fittest I've ever been and has improved my mental health massively. Absolutely love her!

    I love Nicole so much! She’s my first and fave Pilates instructor in YT. Been working out with her since Pandemic. She kept me sane! :)

      I quit weight lifting for Pilates at home and everyone is hating on me for it calling me weak bc I quitted weights

      @@karenac670let them hate. Let them try how challenging Pilates is! Bet half of them can’t do it (with the right form)

    She is my absolute fav! Also same for me I noticed changes in my body but it goes deeper. It helps my mental so much so challenging but so calming. It’s a duel therapy at the same time! Love her soothing voice and directions are amazing

    I have been doing Rachels Fit Pilates and love that it reallly is for beginners. I have got TMJ and sometimes pilates has made me feel worse but this is slowly building my strength. Thank you for the wonderful review, might try move with Nicole

    I can tell you one thing, her 15-minute workout had my butt, thighs, and legs burning. It’s an intense body shot when you’re short on time.
