Although these skills should come naturally when offering customer service, a few of these skills are often not utilized. I am so happy that you shared this with TH-cam viewers for free because excellent customer service is key.

Hi, Kelly. I don't have any tips that I create specifically for non native English speakers. I get lots of international viewers, however, because everything I teach is illustrating essentially American expectations for communication skills.
I think anybody can improve with practice over time. I've seen shy and quiet people become confident communicators. Some people have a natural talent for it. That's true too. They may pick it up faster than others. Still, anybody can get better than they are now with practice.
