Thank you for the instruction. To answer your question, I would say communicating under pressure on the phone and in person can be very challenging but essential to learn.
Sometimes, when I have to express myself in public, I am not able to express myself in a concise and clear manner.
I hope with your advice I can improve my communications skills.

Hi, Elida. I have a few views on clear and concise communication. If you search for those titles/keywords and my name, you'll see some videos come up about those topics that I made. They are fairly old videos but the content is still solid.

For me, i think it's empathy i find it really hard to put myself in someone's else's shoes. I mostly only focus on myself and on what i need. I'm fully aware of how selfish this might be but i'm trying to work on it

Hi, Kelly. I don't have any tips that I create specifically for non native English speakers. I get lots of international viewers, however, because everything I teach is illustrating essentially American expectations for communication skills.

I could really use team collaboration skills. This has been a source of huge career setbacks for me. And NOBODY tells me how to improve it!

You are correct. That's the goal of this video. This is a "what are . . ." video. My channel has hundreds of videos that teach communication techniques. Most of videos are "how to . . ." videos.

Hey Alex do you think someone who has horrible communication and is not a strong stand up speaker can change and become a strong speaker/ leader
I think anybody can improve with practice over time. I've seen shy and quiet people become confident communicators. Some people have a natural talent for it. That's true too. They may pick it up faster than others. Still, anybody can get better than they are now with practice.
No one wanna provide example. Only explain the way how you'll do it. 😂
That's true for this video. It's a top 10 list, not a training or how-to video. But, my channel has over 200 videos and many of them give tips and examples.

That's not a bad idea but I wanted to keep the video as short as possible given that it's a list of 10 and people like to see videos like this move along more quickly. But, my channel is filled with videos on most of these 10 skills that have plenty of examples. It's really what the whole channel is about, examples and tips.
