- How's this for a truly mental home conversion, an FJ62 body dropped on an F-350 chassis a 6BT heart. Chris is a man after our own hearts, and in his own words.... "it was necessary".

What a beast and we'll done to the weekend warrior
Brought a rear bar off chris many years ago for my 60. I saw this thing at the very start. Great to see the beautiful finished product. Well done mate!
Very cool!
What a rig.
That is a beast. Awesome build. Well done
Fantastic job 👏 . Great to see lots of work pay off .
Impressive vehicle. Well done Chris.
The amount of times, "Yeah, right." was said astounds me.
Yeaahh.. riighht
Yeah right
That's a good looking power house.
This is definitely a Weapon in disguise love the job. And the horse 🐎 Power✔️✔️ticks every box ☑️.
Yeah true!
True
Great accomplishment congratulations.
I happen to have an 89 F250 4x4 with IDI (85k miles) in it and an 89 FJ62 w 3FE, The F250 body is rotted out. FJ62 is in great shape and just got it running hasnt run since 1998 but many an evening as I was cleaning up my shop both trucks sitting side off I kinda thought about doing a swap like this...
Mega cool , great vid
Weapon
Here's my comments :
a) I clicked like for the algo.
b) I like sun visors.
c) No further comment...
Thanks for the algo click mate and the comments. It does help our channel
Very nice I want part 2 video
When you crawl underneath with the camera and show us the details of this weapon
We agree, if we can get him to visit our shop we'd do a detailed walk around.
need numberplates F360
$45k is nothing really. People spend more than that for a canopy setup. 👍
Totally agree
It's a good price if you have the skills. Imagine if he had to pay someone for those 4000 hours of labour he said he spent building it. 😲
Every single p plate 79 started at 80k minimum and then add another $45k on stupid fancy shit they don’t need.
Fender yang sangat berbeda 😅
Pretty awesome but the rock sliders being 10" below the body looks a bit odd
Very well executed build. I've got something similar in mind with the same engine. Would love to know what fuel consumption he gets with the in cabin air/fuel control set to max efficiency. Also is it 12v or 24v?
Check him out on Insta mate, mongrel_60_build
Terrible interviewer would have love to see more of the monster he built
Curious to know why he needed an F350 chassis, if the running gear was all 60 Series. Was it for the suspension setup?
We just love to modify cars, it's fun but I'm guessing the old 3F petrol isnt the best for touring, fuel costs and water crossings.
