  • Hey Everyone, thanks for viewing the restoration of this 1989 Toyota Landcruiser FJ-62. The restoration was a very special project for us and we completed the restoration in record time due to a special deadline, about 2 months to be exact. Amazing work. I love those old classic vehicles after restoration looks awesome. These days cars look like plastic toys. I love little bit of steel on them

Very nice car. Here in Norway, we struggle a lot with rust, due to salting of the roads. The cars rust away. I have a HJ60 standing, which will require MUCH more welding than this car. In the past it was possible to buy rust parts, but now it has become very difficult. The tailgates are what is damaged on almost every car + doorstep ++ I do not know if I can ever manage to save the one I have, but still dream about it :)

Love seeing these old Toyota trucks get the attention they deserve. No interest in first gen 4runners?

I do, for some reasons my customers are not into them yet. I personally love them. I have 1 87 4 runner now and like 5 85 pickups

Greg, you mentioned in one of your restoration videos about building/selling the Smittybilt style tube bumpers for the mid 80’s Toyota’s. Any update on that? Thanks!
