Do you consider this a cruiser or sport cruiser?

    I owned one, 2018 XDiavelS,
The bike was amazingly fast and totally badass. If you have a great dealer maybe it will work for you.
You do not have to twist the front switch to turn it on, it has keyless start (when it works) just hit the start button and the bike turns on (sometimes)
The corrosion on the brake and clutch reservoirs on the handlebars corrode from leaking seals, common warranty problem, mine were replaced. Not weather/environment related.
I sold mine due to reliability problems, other owners might have done better.
If you want the complete story and history of my ownership experience, let me know.
I suggest you do some research before purchase.

struggling for something positive to say early took awhile to find something. and then you talk about smooth shifting. faint praise indeed. honest though. i appreciate that.

Why do you start it that way? It’s got a keyless ignition!
The other way to start it is a PIN entry via the binnacle.
Also, the reservoirs are aluminium and do not corrode.

In Florida they do have issues due to the salt air

If it's in exchange for your MSV4 then stick with the MSV4. Depends what your biking priorities are. If you are after a naked, agile bike then there are many better alternatives e.g. KTM 1290 super duke or GT version or the new BMW s1000r. If you are after a cruiser then Honda Goldwing( bagger version) or BMW k1600 bagger would be much better bikes IMHO.

OMG that is not how you turn it on. After seeing that lack of knowledge - I’m meant to watch this review and listen to your advice with confidence? Like you know what it’s all about? The ‘cast stuff’ is CNC machined aluminium and never corrodes’.....

Thanks for the feedback. My Multistrada turns on the way I tried. Also, lots of oxidation in coastal areas on aluminum which then starts to pit. I appreciate your confidence however. thank you.
