- There are a few different styles Of front rotor assemblies on his found this one is more difficult and it shows how to get the assembly apart so you can actually replace the rotors,
I’ve seen a few different styles but not one like this so if you have the brake and rotor style like this one here is a good how to video!

Hub bolts are single use only..
Great video, this is the same brakes as on a UK spec 460 Transit minibus.
You need jack stands.

My short Mac Tools T40 3/8 drive fit in the hole FYI
Next time just stick a big, flat screw driver in between the pad and rotor before removing the caliper and depress the pistons so its done before you even take it off. Never understood the need for the 150 tool to compress the pistons. Been doing this for years and getting brakes in and out
Been using a C-clamp in an old brake pad for 25 years
Cramp the flexible brake line, open the bleeder.
Use a flat screwdriver to press the calipers back open.
That way you don’t return old brake fluid to the master.
I noticed you didn’t use new bolts. Is that a gimmick to get you to spend more money? Great video though.
Don’t use an impact with non impact tools.
Why not un bolt the hat first?

Those hub bolts are horrible, if rusted you are going to have a nightmare getting everything apart. The torx bolts are the worst
Absolute bullshit system that foreign has especially the rear brakes pulling the fucking complete axles out and everything is a one time use so every time you change the pads you have to change the rotors
Get off the ground.
I like it! That's the way us DIY'ers have to do it. I do use a big piece of cardboard myself.
