Chef Baba teaches her son and grandson her Old World recipe for Kiflice sa Salom. These are delicious crescent rolls filled with apricot preserves. The dough is rolled and folded three different times and left to rise each time in order to create delicate layers. Traditional Slavic food.

Our younger children do not know how to sew let alone... how to cook! Traditions are important, especially from those who came from Czech! My Mother in law gave me her recipes from her families traditions, and I hope some of my nieces and nephews will give interest in keeping them alive!
