This time i could actually finish all excercise for 45 seconds without feeling so sore. Day 3 : ✅ super easy. But can we just adore how pretty her smile is?! I’ve been working on trying to do a push up for the last two weeks, so I figured I might as well get rid of my arm fat while I’m at it. That is not a real simple question to answer, because it involves my mom dying and my specific healing journey was that my mom was a binge eater, and addicted to sugar/fat/salt. I was her caretaker and was co dependent so I would eat what she ate. When she passed who I am emerged and I had space to let her make choices. My own choices. Vegetables, those healthy choice meals were a life saver...i only drink water unless im at an event or maybe out to eat. I pay attention to the health benefits of my food...when I start to feel pain anywhere in my body I look up the spiritual meaning of that area of the body, and then i investigate how I can heal that by addressing emotional aspects of my life. Weight loss isn't just about food, it's about how you eat it, how you treat it, what you think of it, how you think about yourself. It's about trauma in the body Do some stretches, and journal and practice mindfulness. Be kind to yourself and create a vision of the results you want, not about what you don't want. Focusing on what you don't want is a one way ticket to it because our minds create our reality. This all sounds like a lot, but just start off with a little at a time... add one food item to your diet that is specifically for your health An anti inflammatory, a food high in a vitamin you need, something very simple. Get passionate about taking excellent care of your body Talk to your food, be grateful to it. The vibration we put into the world...into our water, food, relationships...is how we create the overall results
Something else I wanted to add. Trauma trapped in the body will prevent you from losing weight. That's why physical activity, just stretching even...can move that through the body. Stretch, mindfully and understand that you may loosen up some trauma and have a burst of emotion during the stretching and physical activity. I'm going to be doing this for 14 days so I'll keep you posted!! Day 1= ✅did it slowly since I'm sick Day 2=✅today I felt the burn more but loved it. Day 3=✅Today I didn't stop at three seconds so I'm proud of that. Felt the burn like yesterday. One thing that motivates me is talking to myself in a pretty way while I feel like giving up. See you tomorrow! Day 4=✅ I kinda feel my arms getting a little stronger, the tension on my shoulders is slowly leaving. I think I'll try to do this workout twice a day just because it's getting a little easy for me. Day 5=✅ I can feel my biceps a little more and my triceps are burning today. Day 6=✅ I did it and the burn is real haha. I'm going to be honest I don't know if I see a difference but what I do feel is a little stronger. obviously it's been six days only so I won't give up no matter what. I am really trying to not feel discouraged and finish what I started. and remember, my progress is not going to be the same for you, so maybe you will see a difference in six days it all depends on the body fat that you currently have. so keep going you got this! Day 7=✅Well I feel stronger but I see no difference with my arms and that is kinda making me feel discouraged, I will finish the 14 days so don't worry. I have a hard time finishing what I start specially if I don't see the results fast. What I'm learning is that it not only takes physical strength, it also takes mental strength to keep doing what is healthy and right for us. See you tomorrow! Day 8= Decided to take an active rest day. Day 9=✅ Seeing some bicep definition, my problem area is triceps. Hopefully this will help with it or else I'll just try some weights. Day 10=✅ Strapped on my wrists some ankle weights because like I said I want my triceps to lose fat. I am seeing my biceps more, a little TMI but my chest is perkier and my collarbone is showing more so that’s a plus haha. See you tomorrow! Day 11= Day 12= Day 13= Day 14= Hey! I did notice some change. my biceps showed even more but my problem area is triceps so I didn't feel like it was helping me so much. But that doesn't mean that because It didn't fully work for me that it won't work for you. Every body is different so please keep that in mind. I realised the workouts that will help me target my triceps better need to have weights and that's what I'll work on.

I'm planning to do it every day for a month. OBS: this are MY experiences. Each person has their own body, so it doesn't mean that it will be the same for everyone. I started today (jan. 12th) and this is my feedback: ✅ I felt that the time went by so fast that I was chocked that it was over! Yes, it hurts, you will feel your arms burn, but after the exercise ends, you'll recover it. Right now I feel well, and I will do this exercise again. I hope that the results come the way I expect. I'll keep you guys posted. 2nd day: ✅ I woke up in the morning with my arms hurting a little bit, and later on the afternoon I did the exercise and it went well. I've been doing this for a month now. (not everyday, 4, 5 times a week) I saw the results in less than one week. Thank you! I honestly didn't know where to start my workout routine after taking a long break, more than a year. :( I used to just watch workout videos without doing them and making workout playlists for later but it was so hard to start again. I remember when i first clicked on this, i immediately started to do them as it's a seated workout. It wasn't easy at first but it really gave me an idea on what I needed to work on. I have been working out for years now (strength and muscle training) so I have pretty avg muscles with fat on the tricep and elbow region. right now my arms are 12inch in circumference lets see how I see my progress day 1: felt a nice burn in the tricep region day 2: easy so I added some tricep dips and shoulder press with 10kg dumbells 10x3 ( i got my periods on yesterday afternoon) day 3: I was pretty tired due to other work so only did half of the routine ...might finish it in the evening.. day 4: I did it twice, it feels good and burning day 5: i have started to feel muscles more and less fat...i can surely feel the result

I did many videos for batwings and this is my first time with the batwing video on this channel. I felt more sore with this than any other before but now that I'm finished my arms feel comfortable, toned and stimulated, like a combo of total arm massage and exercise.

OKAY I REALLY LIKED THIS WORKOUT LIKE I JUST MOVE MY ARMS AND I DIDN'T EVEN SWEAT!! i’ve been doing your arm workouts for ~3 weeks (along with some weight lifting) about two times per week and my arms are already so much thinner and i can already see defined muscles too 🎉!
I just thought about stopping doing this exercise but then I read the comments and decided to give it a shot and to try to do it for 2 weeks. That is not a real simple question to answer, because it involves my mom dying and my specific healing journey was that my mom was a binge eater, and addicted to sugar/fat/salt. I was her caretaker and was co dependent so I would eat what she ate. When she passed who I am emerged and I had space to let her make choices. My own choices. Vegetables, those healthy choice meals were a life saver...i only drink water unless im at an event or maybe out to eat. I pay attention to the health benefits of my food...when I start to feel pain anywhere in my body I look up the spiritual meaning of that area of the body, and then i investigate how I can heal that by addressing emotional aspects of my life.
Weight loss isn't just about food, it's about how you eat it, how you treat it, what you think of it, how you think about yourself. It's about trauma in the body
Do some stretches, and journal and practice mindfulness. Be kind to yourself and create a vision of the results you want, not about what you don't want. Focusing on what you don't want is a one way ticket to it because our minds create our reality.
This all sounds like a lot, but just start off with a little at a time... add one food item to your diet that is specifically for your health
An anti inflammatory, a food high in a vitamin you need, something very simple. Get passionate about taking excellent care of your body
Talk to your food, be grateful to it. The vibration we put into the world...into our water, food, relationships...is how we create the overall results
Something else I wanted to add. Trauma trapped in the body will prevent you from losing weight. That's why physical activity, just stretching even...can move that through the body. Stretch, mindfully and understand that you may loosen up some trauma and have a burst of emotion during the stretching and physical activity. I'm going to be honest I don't know if I see a difference but what I do feel is a little stronger. obviously it's been six days only so I won't give up no matter what. I am really trying to not feel discouraged and finish what I started. and remember, my progress is not going to be the same for you, so maybe you will see a difference in six days it all depends on the body fat that you currently have. so keep going you got this!

I have a hard time finishing what I start specially if I don't see the results fast. What I'm learning is that it not only takes physical strength, it also takes mental strength to keep doing what is healthy and right for us. See you tomorrow!
Day 8= Decided to take an active rest day.
Day 9=✅ Seeing some bicep definition, my problem area is triceps. Hopefully this will help with it or else I'll just try some weights.
Day 10=✅ Strapped on my wrists some ankle weights because like I said I want my triceps to lose fat. I am seeing my biceps more, a little TMI but my chest is perkier and my collarbone is showing more so that’s a plus haha. See you tomorrow!

Day 14= Hey! I did notice some change. my biceps showed even more but my problem area is triceps so I didn't feel like it was helping me so much. But that doesn't mean that because It didn't fully work for me that it won't work for you. Every body is different so please keep that in mind. I realised the workouts that will help me target my triceps better need to have weights and that's what I'll work on.

Hey guys! I saw some comments with people's feedback about their proccess, their feedbacks and their progress. This gave me inspiration and motivation, so I'm going to do the same. I'm planning to do it every day for a month. OBS: this are MY experiences. Each person has their own body, so it doesn't mean that it will be the same for everyone.
I started today (jan. 12th) and this is my feedback: ✅ I felt that the time went by so fast that I was chocked that it was over! Yes, it hurts, you will feel your arms burn, but after the exercise ends, you'll recover it. Right now I feel well, and I will do this exercise again. I hope that the results come the way I expect. I'll keep you guys posted.
2nd day: ✅ I woke up in the morning with my arms hurting a little bit, and later on the afternoon I did the exercise and it went well. I gotta confess, the 8th one is the WORST! What a difficult and hurting exercise. Anyways, my arms burned - that's normal - and I can't wait to have the results! I'm really looking forward to it. xoxo

Thank you! I honestly didn't know where to start my workout routine after taking a long break, more than a year. :( I used to just watch workout videos without doing them and making workout playlists for later but it was so hard to start again. I remember when i first clicked on this, i immediately started to do them as it's a seated workout. It wasn't easy at first but it really gave me an idea on what I needed to work on. I have been working out for years now (strength and muscle training) so I have pretty avg muscles with fat on the tricep and elbow region. right now my arms are 12inch in circumference lets see how I see my progress
day 1: felt a nice burn in the tricep region
day 2: easy so I added some tricep dips and shoulder press with 10kg dumbells 10x3 ( i got my periods on yesterday afternoon)
day 3: I was pretty tired due to other work so only did half of the routine ...might finish it in the evening..
day 4: I did it twice, it feels good and burning
day 5: i have started to feel muscles more and less fat...i can surely feel the result

Разумеется, я понимаю, что эти упражнения больше дополнение к чему то. Я раньше часто занималась спортом, но уже давно прекратила. Поэтому хочу начинать хотя бы с таких легких упражнений, чтобы дисциплинировать себя и начать делать потом тренировки несколько раз в неделю. Мне лень делать что-либо каждый день, да и после работы тоже желание не особо возникает 🥲. Всем удачи и всего хорошего! 💗

i’ve been doing your arm workouts for ~3 weeks (along with some weight lifting) about two times per week and my arms are already so much thinner and i can already see defined muscles too 🎉!

I just thought about stopping doing this exercise but then I read the comments and decided to give it a shot and to try to do it for 2 weeks. I will begin to note my progress and add comments for each following day, hopefully I wont forget..
Day 1 Wednesday: did it twice and definitely felt more challenged the second try - quite sore (also enjoyed the music)
Day 2 Thursday: easy first round, felt a bit more challenged the 2nd time, but easier than yesterday
Doing this for a month straight.
Measurements: 35 cm
Measurement of my arm after a month: 28cm
It works and i will continue it!
Second month:
I will continue it when im done with half of the month first

Day 1 - Aug 13 ✅ I was in so much pain , arms doko ( doubt if should I really do it x2 a day but still went for it) FOR COSPLAAAYYY
Day 2 - Aug 14 ✅ still hurts but quite bearable
Day 3-4 Aug 15-16 ❌ had a breakdown but im gonna do 4 replays to make it up for 2 days
Day 5 - Aug 17 ✅did my exercise today will do another 2 replay by evening so I could make it up to my first absent
Locking in for fourty days but doing this for 18 days!!🙏

Day 1: ✅ I did it once in the morning and i’m going to do another one later because i like to feel sore after a workout (to me it symbolizes that it’s working idk) Update: I did one and a half of the workout not two
Day 2: ✅ i didn’t do it all in one sitting but i did finish the whole workout and i did it once today because my arms were sore from yesterday
Day 3: ✅ did it all but one exercise i haven’t seen a difference yet but it’s only been three days my arms feel less sore

Day 5: i did it and it was really working out my muscles
Day 6: ✅ im going to be adding a little weight and doing it everyday to see if i can see a difference

I have been so insecure all my life for being fat. Now I've decided to do this exercise for a month. Im going to post ny results here!!

Day 1-✅ so sore😭
Day 2-✅ barely made it cause my arms were sore but still done it!!
Day 3-✅ still sore on the back hand clap one😭
