I'm still loving how quiet these homes are! Start of video outside is loud, lots of traffic noise, as soon as the door shuts, total silence!! One thing you need to start pointing out is listing/showing off the amounts of electrical plug in's! That's always the most important thing I look for when looking at any home, its very important to most women. Being able to have multiple kitchen gadgets is a must, also very important for bedrooms because of all the gadgets kids use now days. BRAVO @recreationalhomes !!
Love this home! The Jersey is for me! Minus the bedroom carpeting, everything is perfect! Love that all the ceiling fans are installed in all the bedrooms and living room. Awesome!!
The Jersey is beautiful and with a lot of space.... Mr. Tiny the walk to the shower was so priceless. Lol😄 You definitely know how to sell a mobile home 🤑
@@VermilionLotus Mobile homes and modular homes are the same. They have wheels under them in order to deliver them. Because my mom have lived in one for over thirty year's and I now live with her. They just make them more fancier and beautiful... You can see the same style in a Trailer Park throughout the state. Enjoy your day..

Mike The Jersey by far is one of your best multi section models to date! I love it! I don't see any problems/changes with this one. The color scheme and layout is perfect.
I absolutely love this home! Nice open kitchen, love how big the laundry room is along with the pantry. Nice size bedrooms and the master is also a nice size too. That master closet is very nice for all my clothes. Love you were matching the house Mr. Tiny. Great presentation ad always!
I loved this design, the only thing I would change would be making a set of steps in that railing outside neat that back entrance door to the kitchen, so you don't have to walk all the way around to that door.

"This ain't no walk-in closet... it's a Slideeeeeee-in!" 😂🤣😅) But you must have heard me because you did the slide in the master shower instead. 😂 I bet RRC are so effing grateful they hired you! This is a lovely home, but I'm not the biggest fan of the layout. I generally prefer models where the master and guest bedrooms are at opposite ends. It also seems like the utility room with the pantry storage would be better placed if they were closer to the kitchen. I'm sure this layout will suit many people's needs but I've seen quite a few here on RRC that would fit my family better. Thanks for another excellent tour, Mike! Even though this model might not be my particular cup of tea, your videos never fail to entertain and inform!
Make the side porch into a mudroom and attach a garage on the side. Flip the kitchen sink and stove, and you still have the front dining room windows. Patio doors to a back deck from the living room.
