Like the entertainment wall and all the kitchen cabinets, stove is not next to the fridge, just enough windows, would change the dark cabinets for white to make it look more open, love a full window in the bedroom if you needed to get get out easy, especially for older adults. Last of all I’d screen the porch in for southern bugs/mosquitoes so 9 months of outdoor living. Great home !!! Sleek and looks easy to keep clean.
Very happy to see a model without a loft!! Great overall design - LOVE the double french doors!! Makes it so much easier to move furniture in and out. Plus the doors make it nice to open up for party guests to come and go while entertaining on the beautiful front deck!! The entertainment wall is magnificent for those who enjoy TV. However, I would LOVE to see those upper cabinets moved to a second bedroom; raise the bottom cabinets/countertop to desk height and create a beautiful craft room or office space!! Speaking of the cabinets - they are gorgeous!!! Love the large stainless farm sink and all the wonderful windows bringing in so much beautiful light!! LOVE the ceilings, flooring and all the finishings. You guys always do a fabulous job with all the models!! OH - and the shower is fantastic!!! GREAT job!!!
Love the quartz countertops, but the built-in entertainment wall would have to go. I would want that room for my own custom furniture. Thanks again for another great tour.
I agree..as well as that cabinet/counter in the dining area. If one lives in 400 square feet, I can’t imagine he/she needs so many cabinets. Personally, I don’t need a full-sized range either.
The entertainment center is super nice! It provides a beautiful matching flow to kitchen cabinets and adds extra needed storage in only 299 sq ft of living space. It can also be used as a desk, a craft space, music center, etc. I would make all of the windows transom style - in the living area double transom windows above sofa height.
One of the best floor plan of no loft tiny home...Love hte monoslope pine ceilings, designated dining area, entertainment center, kitchen layout, no carpet wooden floor throughout, 10 foot front porch...For the closet...Maybe bifold door for full acess?
The cabinetry is off the chain! #HighEnd ❤ I really love that it comes loaded with all appliances, ceiling fans and double mini-split! #DishwasherIsAMust
i love this home..i think ..The Cold Water is my favorite..❤❤❤..i like the roof..and open floor plan..plus home come with stackable washer and dryer..wished i lived closer to Texas...almost i love soft close cabinets..
Nice suit, Mr. Tiny! Very sharp indeed!!! I love the checker/chess board on that table top! Makes the table top a dual use furniture item. Also love the columns on the patio. Makes the home a bit more upscale.
As usual, your new models are tiny home elegance. But in this model what I would make different is the middle cabinets in the living room area should be moved all the way to the ceiling so that there's more room for a larger TV. Secondly I would place the refrigerator on the other end of the gallery. That way you don't have the refrigerator right in front of the couch. Instead, you would have the kitchen cabinets where the refrigerator is now and wouldn't make the living area seem so much like it's in the kitchen.
Love the eating area. However, I would make the entertainment center a combination of office desk and TV place - hanging the cabinets higher to match the height of kitchen cabinets.
I like this single floor model. Liked the soft close cabinets and the roomy walk in shower, as well as the 10 foot porch. My favorite 1 floor living model is still the Ahkbash though!
I usually like a bigger sized tiny home, but this one is pretty nice. In fact, it's almost perfect. I would like ALL of the cabinets in the living area moved higher up and then it would be absolutely PERFECT! I Love the porch area and coffee bar area too. Nice job on this one.
Very cute. Love the colors. Pretty cabinet’s I also love love love the entertainment center. Beautiful home but the bedroom is way to small and no storage in the bath😅
- Love the cabinet color and look. - Love the refrigerator closer to the front and the full built-in entertainment center, but would also like to see the entertainment center raised for use as a long desk. I'd choose the desk version. - Love the double doors at the porch. - Loved the stainless steel oven being stainless on the front and not just all black. It looks so much better. When the oven is mostly black it looks like miss matched pieces when everything else is all over silver tone. - Love the wood ceiling. - Love the interior walls when the door/window trim is the same color as the wall. What I don't like: Clayton Homes should take some lessons from Platinum Homes when it comes to quality. I like the colors offered in the Clayton Homes better and some of their floor plans, but I don't think I could buy a Clayton Home unless it was half off the price and even then I'd be afraid what may go wrong with it. If I can see poor quality on the outside of the walls, what is poor quality on the inside with plumbing, electrical, etc.? If anyone has a Clayton tiny home leave a comment of pros and cons please. Thanks.
Agree with above and would like a storage slim closet for stick vac and Swiffer equipment. Also a small half bath with small window that has a wall mounted pull chain or switch operated exhaust fan. No sink . Pocket door. Corner wall mounted storage cabinet slim or 6-8 inch interior width with two shelves (maybe for stick vac and Swiffer equipment and bucket below/ upper two shelves for cleaning supplies and t/paper and t/brush?). Everyone is different but utilizing space is foremost in a proper way. Like it a lot. Blessings ELOISE
The 399 square foot models are usually too scrunchy, and not well thought out. They also usually have stairs and a loft which are useless to the disabled and those who don't want to get a concussion from the low ceilings. This one is a nice exception to the rule, but it does need a few adjustments. Make the knee well of the desk in the living room wider across to accommodate adults. Make the desk top wider front to back to accommodate more desktop top equipment and other office stuff. Make the hall and doors wider to accommodate disabled people. Have the window bottoms higher off the floor for security reasons. I really like that the main living area has enough room for a home office, a living room, a decent sized kitchen table, and a small, but not too small kitchen. Granted that these areas are downsized a bit, they still manage to avoid being scrunchy. And this was done without turning the bathroom and its shower stall into a sardine can. True, the bedroom is rather small but it will mostly be used for sleeping, watching TV, and clothing storage, so it's size works okay in a smaller home. Being in a northern part of the country I would have at least part of the porch turned into a sun room. Overall, this is a very nice model. 😊
Love this tiny home Mr Tiny!! Question, how about instead of calling the bathroom sink "banjo" style, you call it "Oklahoma style" being its in the shape of the state? (Yes I'm an Okie, but still...) 😉
I love a lot of the aesthetic details (great ceiling, that big porch), but not the feeling I’m getting of the living area being a couch in the kitchen (maybe because of the style of the entertainment wall and the large fridge)… Not the right tiny home for me, but it’s fun to see them all :)
😍😍😍 love this tiny house. However, ne négligez pas les portes françaises…🤥 Soft close kitchen doors 👍👍 ❤the colors even the stain pine 🌲. Who knew? Still not sure about the shiplap🤔 Missing Wine 🍷 fridge (-.10) Missing fireplace on that 10 ft front porch (-.30) Torn about changing the countertops (-.10) Pros: On a Scale of 1 to 10….definitely a 9.5 Dimensions: 11x 45 including a 10 foot porch Price: $110K Cold Water tiny house👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Great Job! 👍👍 🙏🏼🌏✌🏼🕊☮️
Could you have the dishwasher not installed? I love looking out a window when I wash dishes. Maybe without a dishwasher I could have more space, in that area.
I'ma say no no no on that bedroom closet. I need a door to open onto the whole closet front, not just one side.. Stuff in the back just disappears and I have to clean the back of it out to see my stuff. I could deal with 12 inches on either side of the door to put some shelves on each side but that entrance size door does not work for me. Lovely home with all of those windows, though. Love the Clearwater.
I'm looking at those cabinets @4:15 as well as the kitchen sink and countertop @7:18. Do you realize how low they are compared to the salesman in the video? These sort of things are normally a bit taller than that in normal houses. It's like they intentionally made them smaller to give off the illusion that the house looks bigger inside than it actually is.
Beautiful hoe as always! The cabinetry and finishes looks modern and high-end. Only downside for me would be the small closet an not able to put a king size bed.

I like the double front doors. I do not like the entertainment center and especially those cabinets. The fridge needs to be moved to the opposite side of the kitchen facing the entrance. The closet in the bedroom needs to be put to the right of the door as you enter the bedroom. The space it left needs to be given to the bathroom making it bigger. The washer and dryer need to be full size side by side in the hallway, and the range needs to move closer to the sink with a pantry closet between the w/d and stove. You may have to move the kitchen window towards the right, just keep the sink entered
All good, except, instead of that hutch, I'd prefer the fridge & a microwave built into a slim pantry next to it, under the mini-split. The fridge looks too bulky, & is crowding the space across from that sofa. A fireplace with side bookshelves & TV above it, instead of that entertainment center, for me.
The wood ceiling is nice. I'd get rid of those cabinets in the living room. Makes it look like one long kitchen. BTW - what are those walls made out of, painted 2 x 4's? With those gazillion windows in the living room, why do you need to full glass doors walking into the home?

Curb appeal is fantastic, love the mono slope roof. Why did the porch lights keep flickering off/on?
motion .
Some lights are light and/or motion sensor and that might have been why.
I thought motion sensors but they flicker even when he was moving around.
I think cameras sometimes do weird things with lights...
