It's really nice. I would change the desk on the guest side in the hallway to a closet, pocket doors on the flex room, fireplace/ media center instead, doors on open cubbies by master bathroom vanity. Tankless waterheater with small freezer below, coat closet opposite where the chest freezer would currently fit, add a garage off the laundry and a front porch, and make some of those front windows open to cool off at night. I do wish it was 6 feet longer or so, and more of a proper entry could be made instead of right into the living room. I live in the northwest so we need entry costs for coats and boots and a bench to sit down on by the front door and garage door.

For that price, it should have a fireplace, tower dormers by the entry and the master BR like one of the single units had, IMO. How about a porch at the entry? That would also make the outside cooler looking. Taking cues from some of your nicer looking single sections.

This is sooo nice. And yes, in Southern California. You are not getting a brand new Manufactured home for less than $300,00. And definitely not that big.
Depending on the orientation of the home, an option might be to have a single lite door in the middle of all of those large kitchen windows so folks can get easily from the kitchen to the outside. This is a very nice home with an excellent layout. Anyone living there would be quite comfortable.
10:02 I love the size of this tub shower, and the fiberglass being molded to resemble tile is a nice look. This is the tub shower I want to see in all of the homes that feature one -- yes, even the tiny homes. (Make whatever sacrifices are necessary.)
This was amazing!! I loved everything!! Three things I'd add. Pocket doors to flex room. A pot filler faucet above stove. Last but least, I'd add a fireplace under the entertainment center area. In that open space below. Easy peasy and I'm ready to go. I'm keeping this one in mind 😍

I am truly speechless! This house is totally amazing. The beautiful layout of the home, all the closets, and storage space is wonderful. I really love the kitchen and the flex space. The kitchen backsplash is beautiful with the contrasting range hood. The entire area just for the laundry room was perfect. Mr. tiny this house is amazing. The two things I would change concern both bathrooms. In the owners' bathroom the closet should be switched with the bath tub. Regardless of how clean you are the smell from using the the toilet will seep into the clothes. So, put the bath tub in back, add a window, move the shower closer to the back, expand the closet into that space & add a closed off space for shoes. Next, close the entry into the large closet for the secondary bathroom & create a new entry. That space can be storage for things like Christmas and Halloween decorations. Other than those two things I think this home is gorgeous.

I do like the Brahman. And price is increased due to inflation-so people have to take that into account. If you can find a smaller piece of land that you can put this home on you will be getting much more home for the total price than if you buy a stick built cookie cutter home on a tiny sliver of property in a neighborhood. I also rather like built in desk area between the 2 bedrooms. Looks like a great family home to me.
