Fanstastic floorplan! Feels humongous w all the cabinets, closets, and even two built-in desks! Love the long kitchen layout w contemporary design! Likes the laundry room as well! Wise use dead space for extra storage and would fit everyone's need!
This home is truly dazzling.
It's really nice. I would change the desk on the guest side in the hallway to a closet, pocket doors on the flex room, fireplace/ media center instead, doors on open cubbies by master bathroom vanity. Tankless waterheater with small freezer below, coat closet opposite where the chest freezer would currently fit, add a garage off the laundry and a front porch, and make some of those front windows open to cool off at night. I do wish it was 6 feet longer or so, and more of a proper entry could be made instead of right into the living room. I live in the northwest so we need entry costs for coats and boots and a bench to sit down on by the front door and garage door.

This is so nice I'm loving everything this is pretty much perfect for me.
The two things I would change concern both bathrooms. In the owners' bathroom the closet should be switched with the bath tub. Regardless of how clean you are the smell from using the the toilet will seep into the clothes. So, put the bath tub in back, add a window, move the shower closer to the back, expand the closet into that space & add a closed off space for shoes. Next, close the entry into the large closet for the secondary bathroom & create a new entry. That space can be storage for things like Christmas and Halloween decorations. Other than those two things I think this home is gorgeous.
You guys are designing for how people live today. Brilliant.
The bonus room is a plus and the kitchen is grand as well.Over all a vision of loveliness.

The area for a second freezer would be perfect for a closet, storage for coats, shoes and broom, mop, cleaning supplies, etc. Otherwise this house is quite nice. Mr. Tiny great job.

Depending on the orientation of the home, an option might be to have a single lite door in the middle of all of those large kitchen windows so folks can get easily from the kitchen to the outside. This is a very nice home with an excellent layout. Anyone living there would be quite comfortable.
That kitchen has the cabinet space I’ve been looking for!!! Much better than the stick built homes I’ve looked at. Love the bathroom storage as well. Mr. Tiny is entertaining. 😁

I love the tiny homes I really do, especially since you can take them anywhere, and just get away from anything. I absolutely love this home. This is absolutely my favorite home so far, by far. Trust me, I know what I’m talking about. This home is absolutely the best. And for today’s market, the price really is not that bad as well. Wonderful home. Truly Magnificent. I love it! Usually I thought okay, they’re getting higher and higher, and the quality of the materials are becoming less and less. But this home lacks nothing. Quality and great materials. I will be getting mine soon. Thank you. Wow! I’m so impressed, I had to watch it twice.
This is sooo nice. And yes, in Southern California. You are not getting a brand new Manufactured home for less than $300,00. And definitely not that big.

Serious level now…I am currently looking to get a home from RRC but more importantly (after watching this), I am trying to get my retired parents to partner in with me on a home just like this. I can see why its priced that high, its a wonderful home. Theres no way I'd be able to afford it and I dont need that much space but I'm sure this is a blessing to many out there looking. =)

10:02 I love the size of this tub shower, and the fiberglass being molded to resemble tile is a nice look. This is the tub shower I want to see in all of the homes that feature one -- yes, even the tiny homes. (Make whatever sacrifices are necessary.)

For that price, it should have a fireplace, tower dormers by the entry and the master BR like one of the single units had, IMO. How about a porch at the entry? That would also make the outside cooler looking. Taking cues from some of your nicer looking single sections.

Lovely home at a good price! I love the flex room and the desk areas! I miss having a butlers pantry, but it has a huge laundry room, which is fine. I love it!

This was amazing!! I loved everything!! Three things I'd add. Pocket doors to flex room. A pot filler faucet above stove. Last but least, I'd add a fireplace under the entertainment center area. In that open space below. Easy peasy and I'm ready to go. I'm keeping this one in mind 😍
I am truly speechless! This house is totally amazing. The beautiful layout of the home, all the closets, and storage space is wonderful. I really love the kitchen and the flex space. The kitchen backsplash is beautiful with the contrasting range hood. The entire area just for the laundry room was perfect. Mr. tiny this house is amazing. I wish I had a land to put this house on, I would buy it in a flash!💕👍🏻🏡🏡✨⭐️

Tops with that. I used to have gas to cook with the stove but something different the kitchen is great but the drawers need to close it selves so gentle plus cabinets with drawers or selves to pull and push for the kitchen. My house is not good but I don't see about financing about this. With my check I do for a living and my hobbies were be great with each room and for the office I like this. This has everything. Lots of storages and all that. Plus need a real fireplace to warm this but with electric fireplace and central heat costs more for the light bills. I like to have gas for the home

OMG!! Just when I thought you all could not step it up and you all sure did. This is amazing!!! Truly. I would want to tweak a few things just add some things into the home even though I’m sure it will ad a little more money but I promise it will be surely worth it
I love the picture windows. Kitchen work may actually be enjoyable, when you have a view, such as this, not to mention parties/get-togethers. I like the split level, but would prefer that the master, not be accessed directly from the living area, eyes all in your business. But the upside is you can see whatever walks through or walks out, that front door, and that is important to some people, like parents of teenagers. 👁 🤣

Nice. I have never understood why anyone would want to walk through the bathroom to get to a closet. Also, the toilet should be more accessible. I have several friends, and family members in wheelchairs. I would also need a fireplace, and a bay window. Your products are nice. I am interested in the Oak Creek M2 Farmhouse.
I have had three homes with closets in the bathroom. I like them because you stay warm getting dressed and you don't wake up a partner who is still sleeping
