The side-by-side washer/dryer space in the bathroom is such a smart design choice. It makes the home feel more like a traditional site-built home by keeping the washer and dryer out of the hallway, and they're tucked away in a room you're not going to be spending much time in. Also, the doors make it so that any visitors will probably think it's just a water heater closet.
I agree! Plus there is room for a shelf and a place to put laundry soap, stain remover, etc. Also handy if you are working and muddy/dirty bc you can derobe for a shower and toss the messy clothes right in!
I was actually thinking I'd prefer stackable front-loading so there would be space for an upright freezer in that closet, since there's no other place for one.

Same goes for bathrooms and laundry areas. The utility room should always be close to the main bedroom. Why are they so often on the other side of the house?

Most homes were closer to this size when I was growing up. Homes today are too big and too expensive. The first bedroom would be a perfect candidate for a Murphy bed. Some of them have drop-down desks or tables for office or hobbies when not used as a bedroom. A lot of premium features are built into this. Excellent floorplan. Thanks for showing it!

Love the bathroom: the light color tiles in the shower, the washer and dryer area behind the double doors and the storage. Best bathroom design I've seen. The interior doors are a nice look, too, especially in white.
Yes love what you are doing and the things I like the most about this model is what I would call a galley style layout, the abundance of natural light, and how the laundry room is neatly tucked away in the bathroom, wasn't expecting that, I thought it was going to lead to the main bedroom, so👌🏽. Every time I hear the prices that you guys offer I always wish that we were in the market to make a purchase and most importantly that I wasn't the only one in my family interested🤷🏽♀️. I didn't like it either but those colors seem to be popular right now. Teal, Tiffany blue, and robin's egg blue seems to be popular as well. Looking forward to those colors
The biggest question I have is will this or any other similar model meet building code for any State in the US? Some other questions are 1.) What is farthest distance you can/will deliver? 2.) Cost to deliver and setup? Great videos, thanks 😊
