The kitchen layout in the Magnolia is perfect.
I like how the kitchen window is coupled with the ledge outside for entertaining. Very smart.

Best looking tiny home I've seen. The ONLY thing I would change is on the built in cabinets next to the stack washer dryer, I would put one long door and only one shelf near the top because I'd need a place to store my broom, mop, vacuum cleaner & cleaning supplies. Other than that it's perfect.
The Magnolia is one of the best tiny homes I have seen. The porches are wonderful. Plenty of storage space. It looks much larger then 399 sq ft. Beautiful

I would absolutely love to see this as a 16' wide 2 bedroom bath and a half Mini Mansion Park Model! Having a screened in porch option would be great also. My mom could easily get around in this with her mobility chair. The kitchen is perfect!

Nice look when it comes to the paint colors and the overall look. The hallway is way too narrow and the bedroom needs some more space for a queen and a king size bed to fit in there and remove the dresser and the closets in the bedroom and add an loft.
The only things I would change is: 1) Adding a loft. 2) changing the cabinets knobs to handles (personal preference 😅). 3) Somehow adding a built in desk in the hallway (if possible)…I have kids and don’t want the computer in a room. Mama bear here and needs to be very observant if you know what I mean 😅. But that kitchen is fricken amazing! Don’t change anything else other then the knobs 😄
Decorated beautifully. I hope it sold. Again, if I had the money and was in a position to buy, this would've been at the top of the favorite list.

Great looking spacious home. I like the kitchen in the front with windows. It separates the kitchen from the living space nicely. It also has a nice 15 foot width. Try adding a short loft in the back for office space and character. The separation wall space should be a book or shelf space in the livingroom. This will make a nice home.
I am so happy that you guys made this. The ONLY thing that I didn't like about the Akbash was it not having a deck. This is truly a great design.

Mine too. I like the kitchen in the end like this instead of the middle. It just fits better this way. Being on the end with all the windows gives the kitchen more natural light too.

ironhorse67 - “Tiny homes” are considered homes under 400 sqft. That’s why you always here him say 399 sqft on the tiny homes he’s showing. Porch/deck doesn’t count on the living space square footage. Losing the deck to increase bedroom size would make the home over 400 sqft.
That was the ONLY thing I felt was off, the size of the bedroom.

This is bomb for a single man who might have three baby mommas and about four kids and he has all his kids on certain weekends and if he sleep he can hear them on the porch but if he stop hearing them he can jump up and find out why they so quiet

Ayyyyyyye this is a nice hme. I wish the bedroom was a lil bit bigger it seemed tight, compared to a lot of the other properties. I get its a tiny hme but its a lil too tight 4 me. Still nice. And Mr. Tiny strikes again looking all fly 🙋lol We know and see what your doing Mr. Tiny lol!!! haaaaaaa😜

I guess it would be possible to add a little more footage to the bedroom and subtract some from the porch, right? Overall.. bravo! 👏👏👏
