Teeth grinding! I know you addressed the jaw in this one, but wondering if there are any more that can be done to release whatever it is that triggers grinding.
I’ve had migraines for as long as I can remember. I’ve been diagnosed with migraines, tension headaches, cluster headaches, sinus headaches, everything you can imagine. I wish someone would have showed me these sooner! Nothing is worse than a migraine and these stretches help so much!
This is the first time I’ve heard migraines explained! and what muscles are involved. Although I had an idea, with the eye pain, the muscles in the back of the head, neck, etc. i’ve always wondered why I feel like I had tooth aches, jaw pain when I get a migraine lately getting them around every 6 to 10 days lasting at least 3 days. My doctor said no idea why , but hers a prescription. Your excercises helped me in less than 15 mins ! Thank you so very much.
When I was in the navy, it seemed MDs (well, officers in general) tended to look down on we junior enlisted. Wartime medicine, I spoze. I was stricken by a migraine attack once (1970s) when I went to medical (I had never had a migraine before) and the MD who saw me actually took the time to explain to me what was happening. I find it amazing that much of what she told me about what we knew about migraines back then .... is repeated here. Thank you very much!!
I have been doing this splenius muscle stretch every day for a month now. I had a chronic point of pain on the back of my head which disappeared after a few days of doing the stretch and never came back. I'm having a hormonal migraine now and usually the pain is moderate, but now it's one of the most mildest migraine I've ever had. Today I was watching the morning news, they talked about tension headaches and migraines originating from the splenius muscle. I thought about Dr. Rowe, what a wonderful human being he is to share his knowledge with us.
Also, I'm so thankful to God for this too... 100mg of Vitamin B-2 (Solaray's a good brand) with food at breakfast with your multivitamin. Another B-2 at dinner works amazingly to keep migraines away & gives me tons of energy. Anti-depressants & anti-epileptics can disrupt how your body absorbs B-2 (Riboflavin), which in turn can cause headaches and weight gain. Remember to thank God for this if it works for you too!!! Merry Christmas & a migraine-free New Year to you & yours!
I wrote a comment three hours ago. I had a splitting headache in the exact muscles you are demonstrating. Three hours ahead and my headache is completely gone. I did the exercises with you. I'm in Oregon. Can't thank you enough!!!!!
I am a RN who struggles with migraines as well as Fibromyalgia. These exercises, as well as those on your other videos, are helpful overall for muscle and nerve pain. Thank you.

I 've just wanted to say that with these exercises you gave some relief to a little kid who is suffering from migraines for 4 years now. Really appreciate it!
This a really good tutorial. My partner used to get migraines for 3-4 days weekly plus recovery. These headaches really made him miserable with pain, nausea and no sleep. He cannot take nsaids as he is on blood thinners so it's mostly white knuckles for a day or 3. He got off gluten which has allowed him to go months without a migraine. Now when he gets one he uses magnesium in some form or other right away to relax muscles. I could see myself giving him massage to help with the pain. This is the kind of tutorial that makes me very glad I subscribe to this channel.
Thankyou, I have been a drummer for over 30 years and suffered with early morning migraines. We couldn't figure out what is was for decades, diet, noise and lights from live music, sleep issues like lack of oxygen, dehydration, the list goes on. Most mornings after a gig I would have a migraine, it would usually also involve nausea and vomiting. Since watching this and doing all of the stretches when i get home after a gig my migraines have all but vanished, it is quite unbelievable how effective it's been and I would go so far to say life changing for me. Thank you so much.
another chronic migraines patient here, just in the middle of my 12th migraine for this month. My mental health is pretty down these days but just wanted to let you know that your video is helping me significantly! Thank you, Dr. Rowe!
Bless your heart! Of course your mental health is affected 😮 If you don't have access to healthcare, please ask for help. Because no one should suffer like that! After suffering with migraines most of my life, and well-intentioned doctors who tried to offer relief, I finally got proactive on discovering my TRIGGERS and a referral to a neurologist who gave me a preventative medication while I adjusted my life-style. I also found counseling very helpful for addressing the anxiety and depression that are a perfectly NORMAL response to chronic intense pain. I hope you find relief SOON! ❤
That was the only one that really did anything for me. It really cut down the pain a lot. I was pretty amazed because usually this sort of stuff doesn't work much.
My brain is aware that your videos result in happiness and now as soon as you start talking my whole body starts to relax even when I didn’t know it was tense!❤❤❤
These and bunko nasal breathing/humming exercises, magnesium, sun, d3, melatonine, paleo/keto/anti inflammatory diets, lots of water, water with a pinch of marine salt, are life changers for migraine sufferers!!! Thanks a million.
I kept feeling like I was coming down with a fever today. Top-front of my head felt a ton of pain/pressure and a tightness and pressure behind the eyes. Then this video popped up and I realize I’m having a migraine! Thank you, I’m getting so much relief!!
If I gently massage those muscles at the back of my skull, I get nauseous, and the only relief is vomiting. which, in turn, makes the pounding headache worse. Vomiting does relieve the nauseous felling, but no relief from the headaches.
Don’t wait until you have a migraine to practice myofacial release. If you do have a migraine and need to do these exercises, take some medicine beforehand. Pain causes nausea, not exactly the exercises
I'm so happy that you are on TH-cam. I live in Minnesota and it is hard to find a physical therapist like you. I have not heard or seen anyone like you. I don't like going to physical therapy when it is recommended by a doctor because I have always had the worst experience with them, they don't know what they are doing. This is one of the reasons why I want to move out of Minnesota and get somewhere where I am getting the help and support that I need, concerning my body health. Once again thank you so much. I really appreciate you. I will recommend you to everyone that is experiencing any kind of discomfort or pain in their body. God bless and your family 💜💜
What is this wizardry? Feeling the beginning of a migraine, I stumbled upon this video, and, although I can't say the pain has completely gone, I can bear to look at my phone screen enough to type this. Usually it'd be a pitch black, silent room and a bowl in case I vomit by now. Thank you so much
You just saved my life. 4 days with a migraine, with doctors prescribing me painkillers and steroids. Nothing helped. This is genuinely the first pain relief that I had. Thank you so much!
See a neurologist. There are wonderful medications available. I suffered for many years...7 to 12 migraines a month. Now, I give myself a monthly injection called Ajovy. I am now migraine free. I also take a dissolvable pill Nurtec when I feel a migraine coming on..I am feeling better within 2 hours. Please, stop your suffering. Help is out there. Be well
I saw a physical therapist for my jaw. I have TMJ, trigeminal neuralgia, and migraines. These exercise provided me with a feeling similar to the massages and stretches I had at physical therapy! My neck and head feel so good. I’m glad I ran across this video. I’ve subscribed! Thank you!
Dr. Rowe: I have a chiropractor who is great. Your videos are another fantastic resource for me for many shoulder, head, and neck pain issues. THANK YOU!
had this video in my Watch Later playlist for a while because I saw the thumbnail when I was having migraines a while back. didn't watch it though because I just got painkillers. worked then. now I searched for this video and finally watched at the moment of commenting because I was having severe migraines again lol. these worked immediately! thank you!
💢My first migraine. A headache that I went to sleep with turned into a full blown migraine right when I woke up- puking and all the other negative symptoms. Didn’t know if I had a stomach bug but the headache made me think migraine. I have a new baby and have been pushing my body way too hard without giving it any tlc. These stretches took a 9/10 headache to a 3/10 (with a little help from a thc rub & a few puffs of cbd + thc pen) The pain is still there and dull but now I feel like I have a course of action. Thank you!
I was diagnosed with migraine earlier this year, but it was only recently that I noticed the relation between a migraine attack and pain in the back of my neck the day before. This video makes so much sense! Thank you so much!
THANK YOU SO MUCH, currently having a migraine on the left side of my head, and behind the eye, sometimes it's so bad that I actually vomit. Gave me a good relief and stretch!
This was extremely helpful! My tension migraines last for days and these actually help lessen them. Dr. Rowe clearly and concisely explained these exercises and exactly why they help. Thank you so much for posting this video!
Wow! I have had migraines for more than 20 years and I so wish I had found your videos and info before today. Better today than never! These stretches perfectly target those tight and tender spots enflamed by migraine pain, especially those last two for the traps! Heaven! Thank you!❤
I've had migraines since I've been a small child, triggered by so many things, but so much worse in the last years with severe stress in my life. I have had steroid injections of facet joints that made them worse, MRIs, physical therapy but no one said anything like this. I've worn a night guard due to jaw clenching since the late 80s and have had every broken/cracked molar crowned. The only relief I've had through the years has been Imitrex... or a deep neck massage doing just what you suggested here! My research suggested cervicogenic headache or occipital neuralgia. Was recently diagnosed with small fiber neuropathy and thought that must be aggravating the problem. I just did all these exercises with you and I feel a distinct improvement. My ears even seem to have opened up, as weird as that sounds. THANK YOU. 🙏🙏
I wish I knew these exercises six years ago when I started having weeks long migraine episodes. Now marks my 5th time of the episodes and I am finally diagnosed properly, having right medicine and by finding this video I also know exercises that give me instant relief. thank you
These stretches definitely help- my son and i both have these migraines/ meds didn’t work- or only worked for 1 st month. Son was having 4-5 migraines per week- brought him to acupuncture, went down to 2 a month. Much more manageable!!
See for the first time: also a migrain person for almost 50 years: I wil gone start the exercises. Thanks for sharing. Greetings from the Netherlands🙏🏼
Dr. Rowe I have watched several videos that you have posted and I have had great results doing the things you have suggested so with that being said I appreciate you sharing your knowledge with all of us I appreciate you
You have been my go to for stretches. I was attacked by a patient and received neck and back injuries, your videos have helped me to have somewhat of a normal life. THANK YOU!
I was looking up videos to try to help my relief. And I can’t wait to try these when I am home from work tonight after reading all these comments. Here is my story: I always thought that I knew what a migraine was I have had headaches off and on a lot the past few years. I now know that the headaches I was experiencing were nowhere near a migraine. I started getting pretty bad headaches at the beginning of November. Also, around the same time bye was having toothache problems. After looking around at some stuff online, I found out that having to have a root canal can also cause a migraine or a headache. I haven’t been to the dentist in a long time. Not really for any specific reason, it had just been a long period of time since I went. To make a long story short, I got my root canal done and felt OK for a couple of days. And then the headaches came back and they’ve gotten worse and have been horrible ever cents. I couldn’t enjoy Thanksgiving, my boyfriend and I’s anniversary, or Christmas. This is the first migraine I’ve ever experienced, and it hasn’t stopped cents. I’ve been to many different doctors, and they all tried to give me different things to help. No one can find the source of the migraine. Around this time in November, I did have a job transition and a lot of changes so some doctors related this to stress. But I never knew stress could cause this much pain. And after going to see a ear nose and throat doctor, she let me know that she thinks that I have what is called a vestibular migraine. no fluid in the ears which is good but I do get on and off dizziness and I am sensitive to smells bright lights, etc. I got the paperwork on a vestibular migraine and I feel like my whole world changed. I had to take into account, food triggers, And other things that I never thought about. I’m not sure that it is food related because again I’ve never had this problem but at this point I would try anything. So I have been on an elimination diet and eating foods that are only good for migraines, and nothing that can potentially trigger it and that hasn’t helped yet. I was told to try vitamin B2 and B12 which I take daily. I have also seen that magnesium helps so I take that at night two hours after I take nortriptyline. I was hesitant to try nortriptyline because of all the symptoms that I’ve heard. For a while, it definitely did help, but I am on two months of taking it 10 mg and I feel like it stopped working. My doctor did suggest upping the dosage to 20 mg, as your body can get used to it, and that affects the success of the medication. But again I’m hesitant to upped the dosage because of the potential symptoms. I guess it’s just frustrating because I have never had a migraine before, I am 27 years old. I am relatively healthy and have never had any other health problems. I even was so scared about this happening that I got blood work done and a MRI to make sure everything was fine. My bloodwork showed borderline cholesterol problems and low iron but for the most part everything came back normal. Same for the MRI, everything came back normal. so on paper nothing is wrong medically in those regards. So bottom line is I’m just trying to figure out the root cause of the problem. My insurance doesn’t specifically have chiropractors but I have heard that they work wonders so I would love to try to find one to see if it could work for me. my insurance also doesn’t allow me to see a neurologist until you have tried three different medication’s for at least 2 to 3 months each. But for me, I would like to not just keep taking medication’s and just find the root of the problem. Each day is just so disheartening and hard and I just want relief. Any advice or words would be great. Cannot wait to try these exercises when I get home tonight. Also side note: I have bought everything suggested that I have found on TikTok to help with migraines. So as I stated before I have tried B2, B12, magnesium, ginger root, those head caps that you put in the freezer, a eye mask massager, I’ve tried at all.
Something possessed me to read your story! The part about “3 meds for 2 or 3 months each before approval of a neurologist” should be classified as malpractice. I’ll tell you up front that I have a strange form of migraine without pain but these migraines are still incapacitating for about 48 hours. I don’t go to doctors, so little by little I’m learning what to do about the migraines. I head straight for bed with heat packs on my feet and a cold pack on my neck, and then move the cold pack to wherever it feels good. Keeping hydrated with electrolyte water is very important (bottled mineral water has electrolytes). Also watch for triggers like stress, and low blood sugar (which happens if you skip meals). I hear birth control pills can cause migraines. Nerves love B vitamins. A wonderful source of well balanced B vitamins is Nutritional Yeast (flakes are better than powder) and you can mix it with food. When I do it right I take Nutritional Yeast every day of the month. I see you already take magnesium. I take Alka-Seltzer Gold right away at the start of a migraine, and every two hours and drink extra water with it. Alka-Seltzer gold is nothing more than a fancy form of baking soda but the body loves it (another research topic!). Take salt (NOT potassium. See Dr. Berg video "use more salt to fix migraines"). You can do more research on any of this. Search TH-cam for “Dr. Eric Berg migraine”. Look up how to do acupressure at the base of your thumb or other acupressure advice. I’m disappointed that I still get them so often but at least I have my “rules” and all these make getting through the migraine easier. Here’s something I just dug up from my memory banks!! My friend had great success with cayenne (which I will have to try too!). The internet says “Cayenne pepper is actually very good for helping to rid migraines. It contains the natural healing compound, capsaicin.” You can research this too and you will see it comes in pill and liquid form and cream and gel. Keep searching! 🙏
It worked, thank you so much! Migraines start with flashes in front of my eyes for me. I did all exercises (adding essential oils to my massages too), closed my eyes at the "armpit sniffer" exercise, opened my eyes, flashes were gone! Thank you!
Been suffering for over a year with “rhomboid” area pain, headaches and retro orbital pain, all of which were causing pretty major sleep disturbance. I’ve seen various physiotherapists, doctors and chiropractors and none of them were able to correctly diagnose the issue or give adequate therapies. Physio and chiros seemed to just do manual therapy and then wanted to see you endlessly without ever providing strategies to prevent them. Doctors focussed on excluding serious problems but when those are ruled out the solutions are limited to analgesia (which has helped) but does not resolve the underlying problem. I’m very grateful that you have shared your knowledge and experience on these issues - both in this video and in your video on Levator scapulae. It sucks that we are left with self diagnosis for these kind of issues, but at least we have TH-cam. I’d have no idea what I would do otherwise.
I’ve suffered from clusters, migraines etc for most of my 70 years. I started taking Vitamin D3 10,000 IU per day in 2015 and they have stopped ever since. It’s now become the gold standard for cluster headache treatment.
I suffered from classic migraines in my 20s which seemed to resolve over time, but they came back, following a whiplash injury from a car accident about 15 years ago - but with severe neck & upper back pain & tightness added to each episode - which can last for days or even weeks. I had the worst migraine in months for 3 days and have just tried these exercises… unsurprisingly they focus on all the exact muscle areas where I experience the pain and I’m already feeling relief. Wish I’d known about these years ago - but so grateful for them now! Thank you so much for posting this video 🙏🏻
*thank you* - I've used this twice in the last two weeks, and both times really really helped. I should note while I DO get migraines, have since I was a teen (now in my early 50s) - I have learnt over the years what _my_ triggers are - so not migraines, but pain, pain, *pain* - so bad I couldn't sleep last night, until I remembered oh, what was the video that helped last time... and once again you really helped. THANK YOU
I remember having only two migraines in my life, which were not even that bad. Now I have one that’s of unignorable pain. These stretches gave instant relief, thanks so much.
Yes Dr Rowe stretches are amazing. I have had a rotator cuff issue recently. I've done the shoulder stretches for just a few days and the rotator pain has moved out from the RC joint!!
This is unbelievable, these stretches helps so much . I have stopped medicine, no longer need them. I have had all types of headache tension , sinus , migraine tmj . Thanks so so much . Been doing this for about 20 days the frequency and intensity of pain has reduced . Thanks , payers and good wishes to you . 🙏
My migraine has been so bad all day and I'd nearly given up on what to do about it (the usual solutions like painkillers and trying to throw up didn't work) and then I watched this video and it immediately took it down to a more manageable level
I have been suffering from worst migranes causes eye pain and pain making me nauseas. After doing these execersises i am feeling whole alot better ..thankyou for being our savoiur…you are doing great job …god bless you with everything for helping people to come out of pain …a big fan if your excercises.thank alot
This felt so good! I love how there were familiar exercises, but done a bit differently than what I'm used to. And what a difference it made! The last one was really amazing, I haven't found any good way to tackle the pain in the front neck muscles. But this one finally hit the spot!!! Yay! I cannot be the only one with stiff and sore muscles all around the neck, front included. I don't understand why it's assessed more often.
I must admit just watching and doing lowered the noise level a little-bit. After over ten years of this noise anything is helpfull and I can't wait to see some progress months from now? Bookmarking for sure. What would be more helpfull is if you actually go thru all the exersises so I can follow along and then I actaully do all the exercises. I stop when you stop. I know that sounds what-ever but that is just the way I am at 69yrs old.
Hubby sent this to me as I complained of YET another tension migraine I woke up with. I'm a night teeth grinder adjusting toa new bite guard. These are super helpful! Now I can go crack the whip for school with the kids without wanting to snap at every noise.
Going to an Orthodontist and getting my jaw realigned with a retainer - this was what made my mornings headache-free. + An orthopaedic pillow. + Exercises to relax the jaws+head muscles - a good Ortodontist will teach you those. + Next step: kineto therapy for spondylosis.
Followed your exercises , all pressure (almost all) went away in 10 mins no more migraine and it actually made me throw up due to the fact that I could see the right colours again and pressure moving away ! Thanks
This video helped me so much! I’ve been suffering with a tension headache for almost a week with no relief! I’m also pregnant and have limited medication options. These stretches definitely helped me. Thank you!
I, too, am a migraine sufferer & look forward to trying these exercises. I carry a lot of stress in my right side. When my neck gets out of alignment it can also trigger headaches. I discovered drinking warm Himalayan salt water few times a day (or Celtic salt water) to hydrate me better & increasing my magnesium intake quite a bit has greatly cut down the amt of headaches I hv been having. Hope this helps someone, too.
I’ve been suffering horrifically for 25 years trying everything and I’m going to try this because they always start in my neck so I’m willing to try anything. You’ve Helped me in the past with my ankle sprain so this is worth a try !!
OMG 😢 you meant you've been struggling with migraines for 25yrs with no cure/solution till now?? I'm so sorry to hear this because I know how bad this thing is for facing it for 2yrs now and I hate my life not to mention 25yrs, I can feel your pains, stay strong 💪 😢
@@skybabe2375 hello! I have had them for a very long time and have tried pretty much everything you can think of from natural and holistic measures to prescription and even surgeries and seeing the top doctors in the US over the years, they have gotten worse for me and now or slightly better because I stay away from no one triggers, but there are some things that I cannot control such as the weather, which is a huge migraine trigger for me. I definitely try what makes sense and neck exercises hopefully will help but yes, I’ve tried everything detoxing from all medication‘s chiropractic acupuncture, a nerve block surgery, all kinds of natural holistic things changing my entire diet my sleep schedule, the type of clothing that I wear all fragrance free products in my house, because smell is a huge trigger, it has made some difference but not enough it is hereditary in my family there is no cure for migraine but you can manage it. It has taken over my life and I had to quit my job 10 years ago because I just happen to have a very sensitive system. I also suffer autoimmune conditions and fibromyalgia. But I just want to reassure you that your case and your body is individual and you can have a very different experience. Thank you for your compassion and kindness. I really hope that you are able to minimize and manage your migraines just so that you can really enjoy your life, and if you ever need any thoughts on anything natural or prescription I’m happy to let you know what I found helpful or what you might want to skip. Thank you again you are very sweet and compassionate, and just know that even though my brain has affected my life severely and I’ve had to give up a lot of things in life life is still really beautiful and precious and wonderful and I’ve just had to adapt.
I used to pop meds whenever I get migraines, but with these stretches I barely have to anymore! Thank you soooo much for sharing!! And I love the targeted muscle illustrations on the thumbnails, helps a lot when searching for a stretch I need.
A few years ago, I injured my back, the entire longissimus muscle. Touching it felt like a round cable, (inflamed, swollen and very painful), instead of laying flater. The L. capitis was the worst, I would get nauseous. In addition to this accident, I have degenerative cervical disk issues, level 3. I learned from your videos how to eventually fix it all, to a point. But, I feel almost as good as 35yrs ago. 😁
I have terrible pain in this area and have several knots. I also notice that when these are tight it’s a trigger for vertigo. I found this exercise helpful.
I had cluster migrains for five years... They were hormonal... Left me disabled on many occasion. My daughter now suffers... I had to resort to having a full hysterectomy. My then Dr was horrid. He had me on antidepressants and epilepsy drugs for five years. Refusing to let me see my gynecologist to discuss it. It wouldn't happen today. I've learned to research holistic remedies. Also to speak up. May anyone that suffers migrains, truly find a release from the torture... Peaceful Blessings ✨💛✨🕊️🙌🏻🙏🏻🤗
Yeah, NONE of that was the correct treatment! Everything in your body happens because a hormone 'told it' to happen, as Hormones are the 'top dogs' in the body, generally in charge of everything. He should have balanced your hormones instead of cutting on you, but he can make a lot more money by cutting-- and I'm sure he hasn't got the slightest idea how to balance your hormones.
Thank you for this had excruciating headache for the last 3 days to the point where I could barely think or sleep. I did these stretches and about 20-30 minutes later it was gone Anytime I feel a tension headache coming on I do these stretches and it goes away. Thank you so much!
I dont trust chiropractors. But your clear understanding of the muscle and skeletal system is why I do take your advice. You have helped me and my girlfriend for a few diffraction issues with stretching and massages (no cracking dont like that and more flexible then most people, gymnastics) ive got my fair share of wins in competition sports and podiumed enough as well to know enough about the human body. You continue to teach me things I wish I knew. Might have a a win or two more! Thanks again my friend! The only chiropractor I trust.
Hi, I don't comment often but I just wanted to thank you for this video. I've had migraines for as long as I remember (I'm 27), sometimes several days in a row. Never knew what caused them but I thought it was related to my left eye since it always came from there. I tried paracetamol, tried to relax in the dark with migraine relief music, tried to stay in a silent room and nothing really worked. I tried your exercises one night and IT WORKED! I do the first exercise everytime I sense a migraine is coming and it really works, I can feel how the muscle is tense and painful when I massage it and how I get better afterwards. Thanks again for this, it's going to change my life !
I am SO very grateful for this video. I have suffered from debilitating migraines for many years and this is probably the most helpful video I have ever seen. Do these exercices as SOON AS you feel a migraine coming. Also taking 1 teaspoon of magnesium daily has helped TREMENDOUSLY. 🎉

What if doing these excercoses starts a migraine? In fact any type of neck movements do
Teeth grinding! I know you addressed the jaw in this one, but wondering if there are any more that can be done to release whatever it is that triggers grinding.
Thank you for the help this morning!
What exercise is good for narrowing spinal canal around the neck, between c5 and c6?
So that's why going to the toilet sometimes helps my migraine. It's because of my natural posture when sitting on the pot. 😅
I’ve had migraines for as long as I can remember. I’ve been diagnosed with migraines, tension headaches, cluster headaches, sinus headaches, everything you can imagine. I wish someone would have showed me these sooner! Nothing is worse than a migraine and these stretches help so much!
Glad you found the video, and I hope the exercises help you.
Same here, over 30 years in pain. 5 minutes in the car and all gone, I've literally had tears of relief
God bless your heart. I’ve had migraines since I was 9… they hurt more than people that don’t have them can imagine.

Have you gone for scan?
Any help?
Planning to go for scan maybe next week as I can't bear the pain anymore 😢
oh my god, 30 years of migraines and this is the first relief strategy that actually works. i'm speechless. thank you so much!
Glad it helped!
I do a lot massage when having migraines and after a bad migraine my skull is so sensitive and painful. I think using ice bags also helps a LOT!
On day 3 of a migraine and this gave me so much relief as I’m trying not to take meds anymore. Thanks for this!
Thank you.
Glad the exercises are helping you, and thanks for watching!
I'm so thankful to God that I tried this too...
I have had a migraine for 6 days. I have been so miserable. Nothing worked until I found your video. Thank you so much 😭😭😭
Glad it helped!
same, all week and it feels like my brain is dead
I 've just wanted to say that with these exercises you gave some relief to a little kid who is suffering from migraines for 4 years now. Really appreciate it!
I was once in ur shoes bud! Be glad they got TH-cam cuz I went to hospital for mine in middle school now I’m here in college🤣

How are you feeling now, are you free from migraines, what have you been using please share with us😢
This a really good tutorial.
Rowe!
Glad you're getting relief!
The first stretch provided more instant relief than I’ve got in years. Thank you so much!!
Glad you're getting relief!
That was the only one that really did anything for me. It really cut down the pain a lot. I was pretty amazed because usually this sort of stuff doesn't work much.
I found some muscles I didnt know I had, and now the stinging pain behind my eyes has lessened.
Thanks!
My brain is aware that your videos result in happiness and now as soon as you start talking my whole body starts to relax even when I didn’t know it was tense!❤❤❤
I just got rid of a migraine right now with these stretches. Fabulous! Can’t wait to start them daily and be migraine free!
These and bunko nasal breathing/humming exercises, magnesium, sun, d3, melatonine, paleo/keto/anti inflammatory diets, lots of water, water with a pinch of marine salt, are life changers for migraine sufferers!!!
Thanks a million.
Thanks for the tips!
I suffer the exact same way!!! Sending big hugs as I’m suffering for the second morning in a row 😢
True 😢
I feel this
Don’t wait until you have a migraine to practice myofacial release.
Omg I’ve had repeated terrible headaches for 2 weeks and I was getting so worried. This helped me so much thank you so much
What is this wizardry? Feeling the beginning of a migraine, I stumbled upon this video, and, although I can't say the pain has completely gone, I can bear to look at my phone screen enough to type this. Usually it'd be a pitch black, silent room and a bowl in case I vomit by now. Thank you so much
That's wonderful, glad you found the video!
You just saved my life. 4 days with a migraine, with doctors prescribing me painkillers and steroids. Nothing helped. This is genuinely the first pain relief that I had.
Thank you so much!
Glad you found the video and are getting relief!
Really? For how many days do we have to do this?
THANK YOU!
Thanks so much for watching!
TMJ tension headaches have been killing me today. These stretches provided instant relief. Thank you sooo much

Thank you for combining these in one video. Very helpful!
Thank you, Diane, for supporting us. I hope the exercises help you too. - Dr. Rowe -
Im 29..i had migraines since 7 years old..its horrible i do not wish upon anyone! It literally takes away joy and life in everything.
Thank you so much, may you be able to help countless people
THANK YOU for supporting the channel, I appreciate it! - Dr. Rowe -
My favorite place to be: a front-Rowe classroom seat with the Doc 😀
😂
How cute was that comment!? Way to Rowe!
He’s probably heard it before, but, “Michael Rowe your boat ashore, hallelujah.”😀
had this video in my Watch Later playlist for a while because I saw the thumbnail when I was having migraines a while back. didn't watch it though because I just got painkillers. worked then. now I searched for this video and finally watched at the moment of commenting because I was having severe migraines again lol. these worked immediately! thank you!
Speaking as a migraine sufferer and yoga instructor, many, many thanks for this content.
Thank you!
Brother please tell me little bit , I also suffered 😢
I was diagnosed with migraine earlier this year, but it was only recently that I noticed the relation between a migraine attack and pain in the back of my neck the day before. This video makes so much sense! Thank you so much!
Glad you found the video, and thanks for watching!
Good morning, Doctor Rowe!
I hope that everyone has a great day! ☺️
Good morning, and you too!
wow, I cannot believe in all my years of having migraines, no one ever showed me these stretches. they gave me so much relief, thank you!!
Woke up today with a horrible migraine and did a quick search in desperation. These were super helpful. Thank you!
THANK YOU SO MUCH, currently having a migraine on the left side of my head, and behind the eye, sometimes it's so bad that I actually vomit. Gave me a good relief and stretch!
That’s wonderful to hear!
Heaven! Thank you!❤
One of your most valuable offerings
This will be helpful to many people❣️
I hope so, and thanks again for watching!
I started crying uncontrollably while doing these exercises. I think it was releasing more than just muscle tension! Thank you this really helped.
I’m on day 2 of a migraine and following this video just gave me so much relief. Thank you so much.
Glad it helped!
Dr. Rowe I have watched several videos that you have posted and I have had great results doing the things you have suggested so with that being said I appreciate you sharing your knowledge with all of us I appreciate you
Happy to help, and keep at the exercises!
You have been my go to for stretches. I was attacked by a patient and received neck and back injuries, your videos have helped me to have somewhat of a normal life. THANK YOU!
I was looking up videos to try to help my relief. And I can’t wait to try these when I am home from work tonight after reading all these comments.
Here is my story:
I always thought that I knew what a migraine was I have had headaches off and on a lot the past few years.
🙏
I've struggled with all types of headaches since I was 13 yo. These excersizes are a game changer, thank you for giving me my life back!
Thanks for watching!
My daughter got me the Oasis2 for Christmas, and I absolutely love it. When I have a migraine, I use this, and it’s amazing.
What is an oasis2?
Thank you so much! This has really helped my 11yo son who has chronic daily migraines. Eternally grateful to you! 🤗
Real help with my migraine I’ve had for nearly 5 months. Thank you, thank you, thank you !
I follow along with this video at least once every other month. Thank you Dr. Rowe!!
Thanks for watching!
This addressed every single 1 of my high tension spots, Thank you!
That's fantastic to hear!
Timing is everything! I have been having neck pain and headaches for several weeks. Can’t wait to try these stretches.
This was the most pleasurable strech I've ever had. My goodness ! Thanks
My migraine has been so bad all day and I'd nearly given up on what to do about it (the usual solutions like painkillers and trying to throw up didn't work) and then I watched this video and it immediately took it down to a more manageable level
Does making yourself throw up help remove migraine?
Glad it's helping you!
Millie, I agree. I wonder if our constant use of cell phones and even computers is affecting us.
17 years of migraines!!! thanks i feel relaxeddd
The older I get, the more my searches land me on this guys channel. THANKS DR Rowe
Dude.. you have saved me tons of doctor visits already. 🙌🏼 Including when I had hurt my back and could hardly move.
WOW! I thought i going to throw up counring to 30 seconds but when i released ....it was lifechanging. Did 3sets of 30 seconds. Thank you.
Glad you're getting relief, and thanks for watching!
Please never, I repeat never delete this video from your channel.
I'll try not to 🙂
Followed your exercises , all pressure (almost all) went away in 10 mins no more migraine and it actually made me throw up due to the fact that I could see the right colours again and pressure moving away !
Its have been very benefecial as i m suffering from this issue many years back your guidance is much helpful
Keep at it, and please give us an update in a week or two.
I have terrible pain in this area and have several knots. I also notice that when these are tight it’s a trigger for vertigo. I found this exercise helpful.
Glad the exercises are helping you, and thanks for watching!
Been sobbing for days and this helped, thank you!
You just saved my life doc. Love from Nigeria 🇳🇬
Thank you for this had excruciating headache for the last 3 days to the point where I could barely think or sleep.
I did these stretches and about 20-30 minutes later it was gone
Anytime I feel a tension headache coming on I do these stretches and it goes away.
That's great, keep at it! 💪
Oh gosh, I've spent the day in bed with this awful headache behind one eye. That first stretch fixed me up right away! Thank you so much!
Thank you! Will try these regularly. Experiencing debilitating migraine pain atleast 2-3 times a month.
I put cold water on my head from the shower, that worked, then I did these stretches and it did relieve the migraine.
You have nailed it doc.
Have covered every way of pains.
Will definitely try.
Meri mummy ke hai bhai kya is excercise se shi ho jaaega?
These stretches are a tremendous help. Thank you!!
Excellent…I didn’t know the pains I had in my head and neck were migraine ..never had headaches in my life until I got fibro,…thank you..
Thank you so much doctor . You are one genuine doctor who tells the solution. Hope your channel reaches the top.
