      This is just superb, I been tryin to find out about "exercise to tone face" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Jenrooklyn Facial Mummification - (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some decent things about it and my buddy got cool success with it.

      I take a spoon and massage all over my face particularly my brow line and forehead to the top of my head tapping, same area it feels incredible and unlocks my neck and haw

    I don't know if U r reading this but I just don't know how to thank you 🥺 words ain't enough really I can't tell U that i was having mental breakdowns regularly and i was feeling drained both mentally and physically and now I feel so relaxed that i really laughed at nothing...... after a long time I felt this good and it was like peace after a long time war ....     Okay, I'm amazed. I suffer from jaw aches, neck aches and migraines pretty regularly. Sometimes all at once, sometimes not. Today, I had all three. Self massage videos have never worked for me before, but in desperation, I searched and found your migraine relief video. Then I found this one. Both vids have alleviated the pain in my head, neck and jaw. I'm genuinely shocked how great I feel from 16 minutes of self massage when like I said, these things have never worked for me in the past.

    I just became aware of the importance of the vagus nerve concerning anxiety. Part of the way the vagus nerve gets "toned" is by relaxing the facial muscles. Your facial exercises here are just the ticket. Thanks for a very helpful video!

    I work at a office and I have to use the computer screen pretty much all day most days and staring at the screen and the lights and stress causes pretty much tightness around my whole face this really helps I’m adding this to my life daily! I feel like i did yoga for a hour lol

    This video is awesome, I've used it countless times. I started getting tension headaches this year and they're really unpleasant, even advil won't stop them. I found this video in an attempt to make them stop and I've been coming back to it for relief ever since. My headache instantly goes away after this and I feel so relaxed.     TH-cam does it again! I have been suffering from a tight painful jaw since Thursday. Friday I went to the dentist and they had to prop my mouth open just for a cleaning. It is now Monday night and I have been unable to get my jaw to relax for more than one minute until I came across this video. I had a headache and everything. After I took something for the headache I tried ice, heat, peppermint, spice everything before I found this video. I’m so glad I did.

    Oh my God, I have TMJ and last July 9 until now (July 12) was a painful flareup. I've taken a muscle relaxer, a painkiller, and ice for the clenched jaw and terrible headache its been causing and only now do I realize how tense my facial (and of course, jaw) muscles are.
    This gave me so much relief I wanna cry from joy. I must be really tense from anxiety & stress, too, and this helped so, so much. Thank you! 🥺💓

    my jaw popps all the time only from the left side. i just arrived to the temples massage part. and i discovered that my left temple is extremely sore.i massaged it a little and the popping just stopped completely. thank you so much

    I hade no idea that anxiety could make your face feel pulled taut until today. I have severe anxiety and for the past month I’ve been working on a very big, important project. I don’t really feel stress physically until my body does something concerning to show that it’s about to collapse. Today my face started to feel just so, so tense, I was afraid to smile because it felt like the corners of my mouth would not go back. I got very scared and decided to watch some videos with face massages, and this is just wonderful, I feel so much more relaxed. I think I’ll just do this a few more times.     Oh my god my jaw is so relaxed. I teach my younger siblings and they are so notorious that I end up yelling at them and explaining one thing hundred times. My jaws were aching , this relaxed my face so much and improved my blood circulation that I can actually feel the heat of relaxation on my face. Thank you so much 😊

    Thank you for this video. I originally looked up a video specifically for releasing jaw tension due to anxiety. Had no idea my whole face desperately needed this.     I found your channel Monday after a very stressful weekend . I had migraine and my jaw is like a clenched fist. I am practicing this exercise and some of the others from your channel, god bless you its been a life saver

    My jaw is soooo tight it will take a few times to relax everything completly but this was a big help. Thank you

    Seriously this worked! I had so much tensed muscle in my temples and after doing I felt the muscle relaxed! Also, I felt a little bit of a pain after doing the massage. Must have been tensed for so long! 😭😭 I’m so glad I found this! Now I do this everyday!

    Thank you for these great tips! I've been doing most of the forehead, cheekbone and back of the ear massages without knowing I was doing them correctly, but they felt really good.

    I had a terrible headache bec of stress and anxiety. After this video it disappeared. Usually I have to take painkillers to be able to function but this gave me a different perspective to look at my headaches.

    Thank you for another wonderful video! I’ve had a tension headache on and off for about two weeks, I’ve tried all the stretches and exercises and nothing really helped. But I tried this and started crying during it, my body was so thankful for the love and attention I was giving it. The headache isn’t gone, but it has lessened and I’m grateful ❤
