I have tried this challenge n believe me it really works... I had left to wear sleeveless tops and dresses but now I have started it again... all thanks to this exercise...

I have been doing this workout since a week, I checked after three days and saw no difference, but later increased my count to 30 instead of 20 and did twice a day, after three days I measured, I lost a inch, each body type is different, so try and customize the plan as per your body, listen to your body.
