    As someone who is somewhat uncoordinated, I really appreciate it when we are doing the second stage of a move and you point in the direction we should be moving in. It really helps.

    Absolutely love this one! I had a beaming smile from start to finish. Every one of your 32 ‘favourite steps’ incorporated in this one video and of course that scream when you get the steps wrong. Knocked it outta the park again! 💪🏽👏🏽😂🙌🏽

    Oh my goodness.
    I was really struggling, especially after the last two years with covid, to get back into steps and exercise. And then I discovered Get Fit with Rick, and subscribed immediately. Now I actually look forward to getting home from work and getting my steps on. I've been doing the step exercises now for about 2 months And what a difference it's made for me!
    You make it so much fun that I don't even realize I am working out. Your smile your personality your laugh.... just so contagious and I so am loving getting fit with Rick. Thank you so much for what you do.

    I subscribed ages ago after watching one of your workouts, but I never actually did one. After hurting my back a few weeks ago I didnt want to go straight back into the dance hit ones I normally do so came back to your channel. It was perfect and I feel like I still got a good workout in and my legs are burning (in a good way). Thanks Rick.

    Needed a little movement and some steps without a lot of intensity and found this video. Loved the music and steps. Just subscribed as I’m stuck at hone and it takes a very concentrated effort to get 10k steps everyday and this is a lot more fun than just walking up and down my hallway all day 😂😂 thank you!!
