The manga artist Tatsuki Fujimoto has won the Harvey Award twice for Chainsaw Man. He has this amazing talent where he approaches paneling like a film maker. He's kind of a genius and in a few years everyone in the manga industry will be talking about him.
Love your perspective as reactors, you guys stand out for sure in terms of mixing deep discussions while being hilarious at the same time, and your editor really elevates it with his quips and clip references so he's doing a stellar job. Excited for more to come for sure!

They might explain it in Episode 2, but for those curious about Devils, I have basic lore below, without spoilers:
There is a Devil for every fear. Fear of something creates Devils, and the more people who fear it and the more intensely they fear it, the stronger. So the Tomato Devil is pretty weak because people aren’t all that scared of Tomatoes. But something like a Spider Devil would be a lot stronger.
I feel like the fear on tomato is probably because of fear of eating tomato or it can be fear of being thrown of tomato

My personal Headcanon is that back in the olden days when people thought Tomatoes were poisonous, that's when it originated. People ate them on lead plates so the acid on the sliced tomatoes poisoned whoever ate it.

@@jatinchanchlani8982 well, in JJK, it uses "negative emotions" which is a pretty broad term, any kind malice, hatred, jealousy, or anything could create curse, but in CSM, it's only specific to one emotion which is fear

AOT is my favorite but, this manga is the only one that comes close to AOT for me

The thing about the animation, it's hybrid, some is traditionally hand-drawn, some is cgi, and yes, some is also rotoscoping. MAPPA really knocked it out of the park with this one.

@@SeanTanktop The FMAB Dub is actually one of the best dubs out there and there would be very few people complaining about it if you did. I personally prefer the dub for FMAB and I usually hate most dubs. I don’t want to badger you but if the reason you’re watching it with subs is because you don’t want a bunch of people complaining in the comments FMAB is a universally respected dub and it may be easier to react to.
