This year I watched OPM & it was my first anime, now I can't find any other anime that fill the void except chainsaw man.. if there's any recommendations I'll be glad to take any
@@_ripVanWinkle_ the most obvious choice for recommendation is Mob Psycho 100. Its last season is airing right now, it's from the same author but less action focused. One of my favorite shows ever, and if you aren't blown away by the first season, believe me that the second one is SPECTACULAR

Continue Chainsaw Man?....... Yes. Just Yes. Also Attack on Titan is ending (For real this time) next year, so this would be the perfect time to start watching it on your channel since you could finish the first 87 episodes before the airing of the last 8 to 12 episodes sometime next year (The number of episodes is undecided yet, but this is how much materials left in the Manga).
you guys watching anime was so unexpected and I'm here for it you just jumped straight in 😂 usually people ease into anime with fullmetal alchemist or attack on titan which I definitely recommend but this was fun hope to see more anime reactions in the future

Please keep going with anime! I feel like it would be a really good fit for you two, and it's a rare opportunity that people who will enjoy it haven't seen any yet. To keep with the theme of horror, I do think Attack on Titan would be a good fit, and Fullmetal Alchemist has some horror elements too, but those two are longer series, at 60+ episodes. If you don't mind the length, we'd love to follow you through the journey!
Start with anime movies. Thats a good way to start watching animes. Higher quality one-shot.

This is cool that you guys are starting anime. I highly recommend you guys too watch "Death Note" dub or sub(prefer dub which is English) but it doesn't matter they're both really good but the reason why you should watch this and it's because Death Note is an incredible animated supernatural thriller. Armed with a slick art style and animation, this 37 episode story unfolds with many twists and turns whilst sustaining impressively rounded characters. There's a reason this is regarded as one of the best anime series out there. I hope you guys watch it you'll enjoy it.

I recently binged the manga and gotta say, there's a lot of surprisingly mature themes here that I think was well explored! if you're into shows that are pretty dark, have some action and a lot of heart and emotions in it I can't recommend Banana Fish enough

Chainsaw man is insane, a roller-coaster of emotions too! Not all animes are like it, there are many, many genres of anime too so if it does not hit completely with this there are plenty of other ones
For something cute and tame and very different that is ongoing now, I recommend SpyxFamily. The other recs here, Jujutsu Kaisen, Demon Slayer, and Attack on Titan, is basically similar to Chainsaw Man (devil/demons/monsters vs some sort of secret or open police/community) but each of them has their own uniqueness and they have great animation.
A great anime starter pack I recommend, so you can flavor different vibes is the following:
1. Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood
2. Hunter x Hunter
3. School Rumble
4. Haykyuu [ONGOING]
5. Slam Dunk
6. Jujutsu Kaisen [ONGOING]

if you like this anime you gonna watch jujutsu kaisen and demon slayer both have demons and demon hunters.
Normally I would see Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood as a first anime seeing as its a more baseline strong story and great dub but chainsaw man is such an interesting first anime

New to the channel. Chainsaw man is an aggressive start in terms of being new to anime. I'd even say put a pin in this series, and come back to it once you have some context. Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood is top tier anime on its own, but it also happens to be immediately enjoyable to newcomers.
1:47 And to answer your question Chainsaw Man is about a young boy, he inherits his father's debt from the yakuza upon his father's death. After meeting the Chainsaw Devil, Pochita, he becomes a Devil Hunter in an attempt to clear his debt. The yakuza kill him, and Pochita becomes his heart, setting a contract with Denji, who is to live his dreams of a normal life.
The problem denji get caught by Official Devil Hunter he can't run. Because he's not human anymore Devil hunter will hunt him as a Devil.

Oooh boy. Once you open the door and enter the realm of anime, there's no getting out. Trust me.. "this is my one anime" thats what I thought when I first started with Death Note in 2017. Then I was interested in similar ones which is where I started Code Geass.. then different types of anime interested me. More and more.
Its an endless medium of entertainment.. and I love it. I don't regret opening that door.

First of all, I'm not gonna say anything about this anime is you guys first anime ever. But if you really wanna know what anime really is, you may wanna consider my recommendation bellows. This is a very few light anime for new anime viewers :
- Nichijou/Danshikokousei.
- Death Note.
- Re:zero.
- Fruits Basket.
- Gintama.
- Demon Slayer.
I picked the best but still very easy to digest story, atleast for me. 😁👌
