Hell's Paradise, Chainsaw Man and Jujutsu Kaisen are called "The Dark Trio of Shounen" since those are the most Darkest Shounen anime and all 3 mangas made their debut in 2018
Denji is, deep down, a good person and deeply instrospective, but he"s also extremelly emotionally and socially stunted (and uneducated as well on top of that), due to living in extreme poverty and shackled by the Yakuza. I think this combination makes him into a very interesting character, and hopefully you will understand why as you watch this series. Subscribed and following!
