Because you teach about each and every detail even breating while exercise. I m 29 and i have seen your package video of rubbing, sookhsma vyayam. But after this stage confusion is arise that after these two package which vyayam, asana, ...package to follow for daily routine yoga exercise. You asked about the 5 pranayam package is very noce. But please refer two more package of important vyayam and asana which a healty person can follow. Because at present time there are different asana for fat and etc etc.i want that a fullo combo package of rubbing, sookhsm vyayam,vyayam,asana and pranayam...if u clear this doubt then no one search for other yoga exercise on you tube.means please refer and ask us the. Package combo video of each variety so that we follo them and make a full package of around one hour after that no other video and no confusion will arise...i know i write very long commnet but because i like you and i feel you are best teacher on youtube at present so please clear my confusion.and one more thing i m practicing dhyana now a days but in my lower waist i feel pain so unable to sit for long so for this which yoga asana i have to practice. Me bahot der tak khade nahi reh sakti ..pair dukhne lagte he...baad me puri low back pain ...or baad me right kulha par ek Nas dukhne lagti he.... Agar me ..zyada der tak khde rahu...or chlu to . Or ek problem he....knee me andar sujav he...2mahina ho gaya ...pair pura band nahi hota, sidiya nahi chad sakti. Left pair me pressure nahi de sakti. Ye vayu problem he? Please muje answer kare. Me pareshan hu sir. Harroj rona aata he.. ye muje kya hogaya he. Me 26 saal ki hu.

Guruji please ek baar anulom vilom mein batayaiae jab hum saas letae hai tab chest fulti hai aur stomach andar jata hai aur jab saas chortae hai tab stomach bahar aata hai.
