Dear Dr Yogacharya ji. Became very glad to see you and many many thanks for giving acknowledge about KAPALBHATI PRANAYAM. Gruji I am doing this PRANAYAM after Bhasrika and Bhramari PRANAYAM regularly about 4 -5 years. I feel better no doubt . I never ignore this. Anulom- Vilom pranayam also do after these three Pranayam. Perhaps these pranayam have a few errors. I try to remove them. In Anu -Vi pranayam ,Ikeep 300 - 350 strikes. After 200 strokes I felt Lagines and Sleepness at padmasna accidentally. What is causing? Is it symbol of wrong method ? Pl cleared this causes. I become nervous when it Happened. Thanking you. Make sure you are doing in garden or close to nature and away from bed or bedroom because bed always relate to sleep....
