    Former Marine. I've gained some weight since I left the corps, but I'm far from "fat". I lift weights and do deadlifts. I have a typical powerlifter's build. I also do BURPEES. I looked at this video and said "23 minutes....I can probably do that (I was looking for a harder vid on their playlist)".
    SH$T !!!! This stuff literally made me sick ! I had to pause several times. The high knees really got me !!!!"

    After doing this workout for 2 weeks the lunge pulses aren't as hard as they used to be! Of course I've been doing other workouts but I have to say I'm really happy with my improvement 💪🏻
    For anyone just beginning and thinking it's too hard and giving up, don't! It gets easier 💕

    Ok. Now this was my 4th time trying this. The first time I did only the warm up and I was exhausted. The second time I did through the end of the walking push ups and jumping jacks. The third time I could do through to the half of the stutter steps. Now I did the whole workout except the lunge pulses because my knees hurts a little. Next time I will do them too!
    When it was said "This workout is complete" it was heaven :D

      I'm glad I'm not the only one who couldn't do the whole thing the first time! I could only get through the first 10 minutes and I stopped. But I will keep working at it!

      Thank God! I thought I was the only one who was not able to do it. Today will be my 3rd time and I can do all these exercises right from the 1st time. I only have problem in completing them to the time lapse :D But I've already improved in my 2nd attempt. Yaay I already feel light. I do this along with Yoga for 3 times in a week each and I AM SEEING RESULTS. happiiieeeeeeeeeeeee

    Just done trying this for the first time! I'd give it 5 out of 5 stars! And it only takes less than half an hour and you get breaks! Wooo I'm sweating.

    I think I might be the only one, but I loved the pulse lunges. My heart got a break! And it meant almost to WORKOUT COMPLETE! Thanks FB for the awesome workout.

    I love this channel so much! Thank you so much for putting up fun, difficult, calorie burning work outs!     Note to self: I will maintain these workouts for 6 out of 7 days a week, plus a healthy and well-balanced diet continuously, and I WILL achieve my goal! I will post a comment once I have completed a video each day and this is how I will keep track and motivate myself.     I use your exercise videos 5 days a week. I love them all, but this one listening to Kelli workout live and winded is definitely my favorite. I feel like I'm working out with a friend in my living room. Daniel I love your voice and how you motivate and explain the workout so well, but again listening to Kelli is great! You should have more like this! Thank you both for your great effective videos!

    Thank you for being a real person!! Any other workouts I've done the instructor always breezes right through everything! It helps get through those painful pulsing lunges to know everyone struggles but it's possible to push through!! Thanks for such great workouts!!!!

    I was always the type to read others comments about how they finished the workout and they are sweaty and happy. I would say to me..I wish that was me... Now I am declaring it myself I DID IT! My beginner me completed. Yes I paused,modified and didnt complete through all but I Tried my all!     am i the only one who seriously struggles with the stutter jacks, i just can't seem to coordinate myself properly to do it without getting frustrated

      It took me a while to get the hang of them. At first my brain just could not comprehend the motions that my body was supposed to be executing but if you start doing them enough, they become a breeze, just keep at it :)

      Try slowing down until you get the motion... Most programs anticipate a learning curve so it's pretty natural to struggle when you are first introduced. So, you take them slow and focus on getting the form before increasing the speed to get the reps.

      try watching yourself in a mirror and looking at your feet, definitely helped me! it also helps me balance during the pulse lunges

    i did the 37min cardio workout this morning. then i ate lots of chocolate in the afternoon, so i had to do this one in the evening.

    I get up at 5am to run family around. I have between 8:30 am and 915 to get ready and leave for work. I don't stop between work and picking family up and dinner and house yadda yaddo until falling asleep at 11 pm. This is a WONDERFUL quick and feel like I am going to die from a good work out video. Favorite-ing it and will use it each day. I hope my thighs can take it. Working mom friendly and approved!

    This is the second time i'm trying to do this workout and i just can't get through those lunge pulses, but i'm already seeing some improvements in the amount of time i can hold.     I don't know what is with my body but the stutter jacks just never came out right for a wholle round. I always mixed up the moves. And don't get me wrong, I don't like to see people suffer but hearing Kelly saying that her thighs burned her made me feel better. Cause they were burning. I love your videos

    Im only 14 and I just did this whole work out! I have a healthy diet and been going at it for a month, i just started these videos today and i really feel the burn in my legs wow! Im sweating like crazy and i cant wait to get into shape for the summer!

    O my god, that burn at the lunge pulses. Just standing their, screaming at that clock to go faster... Feels good to be finished though!
    For some reason I didn't feel the last stretch at all, am I doing something wrong?

      For the child's pose (I think that's the one you're referring to) I find that I have to reach my hands out as far as I can in order for the stretch to work.

    I used to do this work out 3 years ago and found it so exhausting and now im able to up the intensity. Hard work and consistency is the key!!

    Just did this entire workout after doing your 30 minute Bodyweight HIIT cardio workout. I am so sore oof. I love your channel!! I have been following your routines for a couple of months now and they really do work to burn off calories! I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

    Honestly you both motivate me a lot and I really enjoy krissi more as I am a girl and she kinda helps me out more (no offense Daniel I do your workouts to) both of you are so motivating as you are a husband and wife team. I have lost about 8 pounds ever since I started doing hour long workouts. Keep doing what you do because it's amazing. ❤❤

    I LOVE FitnessBlender! I was looking for something to help me get in shape for track and these workouts definitely worked! All the workouts are awesome but this one is still my personal favorite. The lunges at the end are killers!

    Loved this. I had to take extra short breakes in a few spots, but i definately got a good burn and worked up a good sweat. Love your videos. I think this is going to be one of my go to workouts additional arm and ab routines during the week. Thanks for making so many great short workouts. they are perfect for people like me who have a hard time finding time to exercise.

    Short but very sweet! I made it through with some modifications. Can't do pushups, so I did fast runs lifting my knees up to my chest while holding onto the back of a chair in place of them. The stutter jacks I did half jacks with my arms up halfway with some bounce. Have shoulder issues. Otherwise, I could do the rest! I'm 56 years old! And still moving LOL!
