After hurting my lower ankle and finding out I would miss out on all of my sports and outside activities, I felt super down and given up. Now I spend 1h every day doing these exercises instead of sitting around on my computer, eating, and feeling worse and worse. TYSM and keep making great content!❤

Then I found this video two days ago. The friendliest work out video ever. I thought: This could be good! I’m not strong yet, but this can be the start of a new chapter: Getting a lot stronger (not weaker).

I just stumbled upon this work out today after after spraining my ankle 3 weeks ago and getting a bit down in the dumps that I felt like I couldn't exercise effectively. Like the comment below, I never leave You Tube comments but OMG this video and her energy just lifted my spirits and reinvigorated my motivation to exercise. Her positive words were so encouraging it was like having my own PT. Also practically cried tears to joy! Thank you thank you thank you.

I hardly leave comments on videos, but when I say I am sooooooooooo happy I stumbled across your videos. I broke my ankle back in April and got my hard cast removed a couple weeks ago. I've been upset thinking all my hard work in staying active was going to waste and I'd be back at square one. While some of that may be true, finding your video today got me excited to get back on my fitness journey even while recovering from this broken ankle. It's lifted my spirits and given me that exercise itch I've been missing for weeks. Thank you so much!

I am an active 71 year old but I have gained weight, and have missed more than anything my nearly every day walk of several miles. Just had a visit with a new ortho who gives me 3 more weeks in the boot to try to heal, and if not, surgery. 😮 So glad I found this on TH-cam! As an anorexic that is in recovery, girl you’re strong just for getting through that broken foot . You shouldn’t worry about your weight . You should worry about your recovery! Be kind to yourself and realize that your worth is more than a number on the scale . Weight doesn’t dictate your worth and please for your own sake , exercise because of health , increased strength, and your enjoyment as well as happiness . Bodies aren’t meant to be controlled or manipulated. The minute you realize this , you will be free. Sending love , hugs , and prayers to you .

I never leave youtube comments, but I'm disabled with a chronic ankle issue I've had for over a decade. Long walks and standing yoga are my fav types of movement, and obviously I can't do either of those when I'm having a flare-up so I struggle to move during those times, especially finding something I actually enjoy. Loved this workout a lot, especially loved that the focus was on strength with no mention of weight (a lot of weight talk is def a dealbreaker for me). Not gonna lie, I cried a little bit when you said "if you haven't discovered all those things yet, I am here to help you baby!"

I am into my 3rd week post op from an ankle surgery. 10 weeks out from a knee surgery. This has left me damning my body. Since the onset of my injuries nearly 6 months ago.I am feeling so incredibly weak. Doctor is recommending 3 more weeks non weight bearing.. And I have been feeling like I need to change. I stumbled on your video looking for ways to get myself off the floor. (for lack of better words) And am going to try to do some of this to start as my pain level will allow. But thank you for showing me a way to start to make a positive change in my recovery. You inspired me, I am not going to just lay here and wallow in misery anymore! So again, Thank you

Hi Caroline, I broke my talus bone in my ankle at the end of April bouldering, and I'm usually a very active person with running, hiking and bouldering, I'm now beggining to get back into walking lots and can run at the end of September but I'm leaving it till the beggining of October just to be sure. This excercise video has been a major help in keeping my mind and body healthy throughout recovery whilst in a cast, smaller cast then orthopedic boot to having it of now since the end of July with doing this weekly (attempting to do twice a week but with a busy life I'm trying not to put too much pressure on myself and be kind to my body). Thank you so much for making this and your supportive words are so uplifting whilst keeping up with the excercises. You're wonderful, keep on shining x

I'm recovering from ankle surgery, and I'm weight bearing as tolerated. I have been wanting work out, and already have my healed workout plan made, but I want to start sooner. I honestly can't wait to start doing this to begin my exercise/weight loss progress start sooner than I expected.

I've never left a TH-cam comment, but I absolutely loved this. I'm a fitness instructor myself and love everything active and mobile, but I have left ankle injury AND a right foot injury all of a sudden. Not only are these great strengthening moves, your affect, cueing, and encouragement made the time fly by and feel nourishing and positive. Thank you!

My goal is to avoid foot surgery and your workouts could help tremendously. Just one question, can you show me this workout with you wearing a boot? 😂 😁
