    You helped me with recovery from a motorcycle accident.I was not expected to live had 28 fractures and very limited mobility. I don’t think I would have come so far without you!!!

    Love! Thank you. Male with bad ankle/foot tendonitis, love this kind of low/no impact work as I am rehabbing. Also trying to reduce the stigma that this is only stuff women should be doing! I know many men who scoff at Pilates/yoga/stretching, but trust me, if they tried this, they wouldn't be able to finish or would be definitely feeling a good burn!!!!

    Oh I am so excited to start your workouts! I am in my 50s, I was born with club feet (both feet) and after surgery at 2yo, I now have severe arthritis which nothing can be done about. Staying off my feet as much as possible, and particularly avoiding impact is so important to retaining my mobility and minimising pain. Thank you thank you thank you for providing these routines that I can simply follow at home! My goal is to benefit long term from these workouts, rather than recover from an injury. I hope to update you with my progress as I go :)

    I have been feeling sore lifting heavy objects up and down the stairs after the big move. These exercises are just perfect to provide mobility without overtaxing the already sore muscles. Thanks, Caroline!

    Caroline, I have been a runner my whole life with thankfully not many injuries. This year I happened to get two injures in both feet (surgery is postponed due to quarantine) I am so thankful for your workouts that are in the chair and on the floor. I had no idea there was even such a thing but they've kept my body feeling good and my mental state well. Thank you so much ❤️

    I haven’t done this in a long while. It is one good sparkling workout for abs, legs, arms and did mention ABS! Floor Barre is a very physical workout. Thank you Caroline.

    Thanks Caroline! I am adding your bar/dance workouts to my yoga program to keep my upper body still and in balance for riding. I am 61 but I can manage this entire workout and I know its going to help my posture and upper body for riding! Wonderful!

    Great workout!! I did this on today. I had foot surgery 2 weeks ago and am used to doing really tough cardio workouts. This one was not a lot of cardio but kicked my butt. She does great workouts for those people who are having issues with your feet

    I tore my achilles and I am 10 weeks in. Started doing the bike and walking a bit more, but PT told me to take it a tad easier. Your workouts have been a life saver....I can't begin to thank you. This one was amazing for core!! It has made me realize how much I took advantage of just metcons and running and how barre can and is really effective!! Thank you!!

    I've recently had a major foot surgery, and have been unable to walk for an entire month. Let alone, leave the house for two weeks. Your videos have really helped me keep a positive mind set, and your upbeat wonderful energy is an additional benefit and sunshine to my day!

    Thank you so much! I found your hurt foot workouts yesterday and have done three so far! - as I commented on another of your workouts, I hurt my ankle/foot in a marathon on Sunday and had to drop out. Not only was there the initial disappointment but then I faced being housebound as I can't walk on my foot let alone run. I had adapted a couple of my home pilates and core workouts but then I found yours. So grateful! I'll keep coming back to this one even when my injury is long gone, as it's a great workout. THANK YOU!! Currently saving my sanity

    I had no idea I could do barre with my left foot lisfranc injury. I did your advanced chair cardio and this 30 mi floor workout and I feel great! A little hard to do this with a cast. But being an active person the possibility of not working out kills me. Thank you so much!

    Thank you Caroline. I struggle wit tail bone skin stress with some floor exercises, such as sitting in v-position etc, thus any tips to prevent to much skin shafing in these type of floor exercises is good. I sometimes sit on two knee cushions with a slight gap between them and that helps but makes some exercises harder to accomplish. Thank you again and again for making my muscles burn!

    althouth i recovered from foot surgery. i still do this and its harder for me than any cardio or strength workout, abs on fire! today i was feeling so so tight and heavy, been doing lots of gym stuff and squats but my body just feels bulky. i did this with another floor barre and this made my legs andhips feel lighter:) still lovig the floor workouts espeically pilates stuff

    I feel deep gratitude to haave found you and your workouts. Healing a fractured fifth metatarsal. I can keep good form until the V sit to long body and back to V sit. Then I just cannot keep from collapsing to floor. I do not feel fatigue in ab muscles, just feel like they have left my body. Could carrying 3 babies and 3 C-sections have altered musculature ?
