    I knit the Carbeth Cardigan and made the fold-over collar. It looks great in that style, if you want to go for a cardigan.

    negative 20!!! here I am bitching about temperatures in the high 20s in New Zealand. I've been wanting to knit, but in the heat it needs to be small/lightweight, so i've been making scarves based on Maxim Cyr's Field shawl pattern in sock yarns. Just come to a screaming halt after 5 scarves in 4 weeks, and mojo is gone 🙄 Love your Carbeth, such a pretty shade of pink and a lovely fit

      5 scarves in 4 weeks! So much knitting! No wonder you need a rest. It’s funny how motivation waxes and wanes, sometimes with such extremes. The bigger picture, though, is probably of balance.
      That’s a nice shawl patter to be knitting on! Might add that one to my library 😊
