    HI Claudie Cooks, I have use that now in quite a few pasta dishes and it always adds a very very deep flavour to everything. Thanks you soooooooooooo much:)))))))))

    Have you considered making larger quantities and canning it?
    That is, placing in sterilised jars, sealing, submersing in water and bringing to the boil for a few minutes. The taste will alter but unopened jars will be shelf stable for at least a year.

      Your recipe looks very flavourful but I wondered about how long it would keep. Try one sample using an old jam jar. You can watch videos on how to can - it's a very easy process.

    The Trini (Trinidad and Tobago) version:
    Chives/spring onion
    Chinese celery
    Spanish or broadleaf thyme
    Culantro (not cilantro)
    Thyme
    Pimento or seasoning pepper
    Scotch bonnet pepper
    Garlic
