@@chukecreations2617 Ooh I tried using a pestle and mortar but I think I have bad technique because it was a struggle! 😅😂 Glad to hear it works though, thanks hun 😊💚
Yes and used the oven. Just figured out how I'll save some future garden harvest. This method, dehydrated, canning. And Nope, I'm with you on store bought!
Next time try onion, carrot and celery. I have a quart-sized jar that I use to add to so many of my recipes! It adds such depth and richness to sauces and soups! And it makes the house smell delicious! :-)
Thank you for this, beloved sister. I've been finding ways to make everything from scratch. It saves a TON of money and it's WAY healthier. I've been looking for a way to make my own spices now that i have a dehydrator. Big thumbs up for this one.
I was just researching how to make homemade spices because I’ve grown my own pepper plants this spring/summer and I’m so excited to do more things with them. Your personality is so cute and I’m so glad I found your video!!!!❤️
Thank you sooooo much!!! I had no idea this was possible! I'm just learning to cook & beginning to understand how to use spices. Making my own spices brings my cooking to a whole new level! Thank you again!
Wow this is an amazing video. I was searching for something that I could give to my family and friends as part of my party favors for next month. I’m soo excited to start this. Beautiful presentation .
Great, I'm glad you'll give it a try! If they're fully dehydrated, they'll last as long as regular spices - usually around 2 - 3 years, although I usually run out before I get to that point! 😅 If you store them away from sunlight in a tightly sealed jar it'll prolong their shelf life.
Am not gonna lie, it was your voice and personality that made me stay and watch the whole video (no disrespect to the content though). But your voice ❤
Absolutely! I'd cut the beetroot into pretty small piece - around the same size as the peppers because it's a denser vegetable so it'll take longer to dehydrate but it'll work just as well! 😊
Great video! I would like to buy the grinder that you have. May please provide the name and or link to purchase it? Can I buy on Amazon? If not, where may I buy it? Thanks
They should last as long as any store bought spices (between 2 - 3 years), as long as you manage to completely dehydrate the spices you shouldn't have any problem with the shelf life. Although I've always run out before then lol. Thanks for watching 😊
The names of the ingredients -----are in so much thin letters------that can not be understood properly-----It should be in bold letters ----- please ----
Have you tried making your own spices?? Definitely give this a go! 😋
I just did yesterday...with a mortar and pestle. Lovely videos!!!

Oh I definitely will
You can dehydrate them outdoors in hot countries. Leave them on a tray, under the sun for a few days.
Ha ha yes like in Pakistan here is very hot 🥵 50°+

How long do these spices last? I want to make it in large quantities.

Brilliant!!! I'm definitely going to try this. Can you make powdered beetroot using the same method?
Absolutely! I'd cut the beetroot into pretty small piece - around the same size as the peppers because it's a denser vegetable so it'll take longer to dehydrate but it'll work just as well! 😊
Great video!
I would like to buy the grinder that you have. May please provide the name and or link to purchase it?

Great video. Where did you find the coffee grinder? I've been looking for one like that.
can you use an air fryer on low ?
What brand spice grinder are you working with?
Elise💕
Thanks my lovely! 🥰🥰
What temperature did u dry them at? Just so ppl have a go off pt.
What if you just dry the vegetables without cutting them
What about lemon pepper?
Very nice video I subscribe 👯👌🏿
Dehydrate time and temperature 🌡️ pls
Which grinder did you use? I’m looking for a good one?
Mine is from a brand called "Cookworks", comparing their power (mine is 220W) should help in picking a good one 😊
🤔I’ll remember you when I create my game changing spices that will make me a millionaire 😊🎉
Yesss🤗
Lol Use face mask for the hot peppers (including peppercorns). Ty Blessings
OMG!
Is it garlic.ginger.redpeper.and?.....
You know it’s not really the seeds that give chilies their heat. It’s the oil and placenta.
Haha yeah, but those seeds are still pretty hot! Thanks 😊
Can't you just buy the container by itself as using the same container the aroma will contaminate the following spices
Be honest. If you were a spice, which would you be?
The names of the ingredients -----are in so much thin letters------that can not be understood properly-----It should be in bold letters ----- please ----
Babe Supreme
Haha thank you! 😊
I know u was on cloud 9
I wouldn't grind those peppers I would just store them in a jar
Awesome content. And wow, you're definitely One of the most beautiful Black women I've ever seen. 😍😌😎
