To be fair even Northern Audits (and most auditors) come out with nonsense laws too, for example in this one he says _"Before you go, learn public photography laws and drone laws"_ . . . there are, of course, no such thing as public photography laws, a legislative body makes laws that limit, control and prohibit certain things, they don't make laws to allow things, there are no laws allowing people to drink coffee, sleep in on Sundays or take photographs. Sure the staff at this site (and most sites) are far worse, not only have they not got a clue about the law, they seem to think that they have some sort of power to order the public around, in public . . . and then there's the police, who are sometimes just as bad . . . but everyone involved (including the auditors) are throwing nonsense laws around (to be fair to Northern Audits he's not breaking any laws, just making up non-existent laws).
Laws aren't being made up so much by auditors, they're just rebutting what ignorant people think are laws against something,---- like filming in public, trespass boundary laws and drones flying over private property.

Well, these often quoted 'photography laws' are - literally - made up.
I get that these companies and security guards are beyond clueless (and rude, entitled, aggressive, etc), they appear to not even be able to apply common sense . . . but I just cringe every time an auditor - who purports to be knowledgable about this stuff and is 'educating' these people - starts going on about "photography laws", it suggests a fundamental misunderstanding of not just how the law works, but even something as basic as what a free country is (compared to a dictatorship).
It's a personal bugbear of mine that even after hundreds of years of democracy, people (including so many auditors) think that a government - in a free country - grants people the right to do certain things . . . the reason we are free to take photographs in public, ride bicycles and wear green socks is not because a government decided we were allowed to do it, and so drafted a 'photography law', a 'riding your bicycle law' and a 'sock colour law', it's just not how it works. Anyhow, not a big deal, not as big a deal as these security goons thinking they have some authority over the public.

Calling the police in a civil matter, plus photography is not a crime. When will the 999 operators tell them it's not a police matter but civil. Should be charged with wasting police time on civil matters.

"He's now got his drone in his hand and he maybe is going to attempt to fly it.....and we've got wagons around here.....Yes, he's in his mid 30s... He's nodding at me......he may well be wearing a bodyworn camera..... he is now attempting to film me whilst talking to his camera". That was as funny as if it was a scene from Max and Paddy. I've got to say, out of all you "auditor's" out there doing the deed for the photographer, you so far are the only one I've seen (I've been through AB, DJ and PJ rabbit hole for a couple or three weeks) that seems to be a genuine photographer, your drone shots are artistic, nicely clframed and very interesting to watch and I love the day/night transitions. There's something about a topography shot sparsely lit with street lighting etc. Well done fella, much appreciated 👍

This is a classic example of the whole company doing everything totally wrong. The only thing that they didn't do was be violent and aggressive. They just showed a lot of stupidity and exposed themselves them to loads of potential law suits.

It’s amazing they attend at all, I see no hurty feelings on view. That normally gets a swat team in attendance.
Its lack of training to handle things like this. Not once have I had to call cops and lie to get a response. If unsure, I contact my control, and if they feel cops are needed, then it's on them to call them, though mostly I tell them if not heard back in 5, then call em (gives me time to reassess and hopefully sort it without a 3rd party).
I would never dream of ordering people about in a foreign country, it just takes the piss.

How much Police time is wasted in the UK by companies not painting a line on the road at the start of the private property and security not knowing the law and the boundary of the property?
With all these recordings now on line why are these companies not training their staff properly, with the correct information, & police must be sick of these calls then come out & find nothing illegal is happening. A few warnings for false reporting or company fines may make companies think before calling police.
See this is the problem, they never get any come back for false reports, but the police are happy enough to investigate their reports

Watching several auditors interactions lately. It seems clear that some police are competing to "unlawfully" get auditors details. Watch the one Yeardly Ski and Auditing Brittain met. He seemed unusually determined to get details for some reason not related to criminality.

Not displaying his SIA licence; 3. Blatantly distracting a drone pilot whilst flying (all four people). Their knowledge of ANY laws was questionable.

The street Hanging Wood Way is listed as Kirklees Council maintained and open up to the Kober front gate and to the rear of the building at the Bradford CDC gate (similar to shown on google maps).
Land Registry does show the property line for Alliance Healthcare/Bradford CDC parcel includes most of Hanging Way Wood up to the pavement transition.
So Northern Audits was clearly off Kober property and on the public right of way of Stubs Beck Lane. Respect your patience in attempting to educate the muppets. ⭐⭐⭐
