Watching several auditors interactions lately. It seems clear that some police are competing to "unlawfully" get auditors details. Watch the one Yeardly Ski and Auditing Brittain met. He seemed unusually determined to get details for some reason not related to criminality.
With all these recordings now on line why are these companies not training their staff properly, with the correct information, & police must be sick of these calls then come out & find nothing illegal is happening. A few warnings for false reporting or company fines may make companies think before calling police.

Utterly clueless and ignorant, they wish none of us had any rights,if anyone needs the education its people like these because they live in a world of their own where they can imagine a law and it becomes reality. Sad.
That guy is nuts they all have mental health problems, the police have told them you have done nothing wrong, great interaction...
Breaking what law? If he knows, he should say, if he doesnr, he cannot enforce it.
Good Audit mate it's always impressive how you are able to stay so calm with these people that think they can bark orders at members of the public x
See this is the problem, they never get any come back for false reports, but the police are happy enough to investigate their reports
Its down to crap training of the security staff. The other staff just followed through because they assumed the security guy knew what he was doing. The blind leading the blind.
That guy couldn't be trained 😂
Wow,everyone lost their minds except the auditor.
What company would not wan,t those drone pics at night to advertise thier company ? Great pictures ..they must be mad .
You are very patient. Debating public photography laws with these clowns is like teaching physics to a chimp.
Great video. Love the sound effects. ‘Peter Kay’ must’ve been on something. If anyone was breaking the law it was them - 1. Wasting 999 call handler’s & police time; 2. Not displaying his SIA licence; 3. Blatantly distracting a drone pilot whilst flying (all four people). Their knowledge of ANY laws was questionable.
Great shots as always NA, with your “drone device” 😆😆👍🏼
Excellent. Thanks, I do like to include quirky edit bits. I spotted he didn't have a badge or identify, but I don't usually pick them up on it because it helps my argument in regards to any action they may try😂
@@northernaudits Sounds like a sensible approach re the SIA badge 👍🏼😊
@@NickB_Yorkshire probably does not need an SIA badge
@@georgebarnes8163 I might be wrong, but I thought anyone working in a security role had to be SIA trained, unless they are operating 100% inside a workplace and not facing members of the public 🤔
@@NickB_Yorkshire SIA licence not required if directly employed by the company, the security has no logo on his vest such as G4S which suggests he is an employee of the company not outside contracted security.
Excellent work. I have to say, before I began watching your vids, I had not realised there were so many fools at large. 😮
Much appreciated
Call handlers should just tell them to stop wasting police time.
but then they just lie to get a response
They don’t know the size of the drone, so it’s not a waste of time.
Another great example why this needs to be done. So many people in the uk don't understand anyone can take photographs of anyone and anything in public
That muppet with the high viz jacket and the glasses was really special .👍 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣
Well that was a terribly exciting day for old Max, I mean Jason. He was waiting like a little kid thinking the SAS were going to show up. "Wind yer neck in, head back in" That was a good one.
Christ what a country we live in
It keeps deteriorating daily!
There is now sufficient precedent that this kind of auditing is legal for the police to start prosecuting callers for misusing the 999 call system. That idiot security guard should also be charged with breach of the peace.
How much Police time is wasted in the UK by companies not painting a line on the road at the start of the private property and security not knowing the law and the boundary of the property?
Amazing how many people can make up their own laws on the spur of the moment
Although still maintaining passion for the job, Rafa Benitez has fallen on hard times.
😂😂. Best comment of the lot! 👍
Win.
😂😂😂😂
I laughed way too hard at the Max and Paddy comment 😂
Thanks for the hilarious video. Those 'Extras' who played the clowns do this for FREE? That's amazing 🙂
You bet!😜
When that clown walked up I thought " bloody hell, it's Peter Kay ! You were spot on there !!
I never ever, ever ever thought there was so many TOOLS working in places in this coutry - and I love how they ALL think they know the law hahahahahahaha
I wouldnt have taken anything that anyone tried to give me. The employee is a muppet. he doesn't know the laws about public photography.
He makes lies to the police. Complaints about being recorded yet stays in fron of the camera.😅
Serious question. Why do so many people think it’s wrong to film in public?
Where do they get their information from ?
Whenever you get foreigners telling you what to do remind them where they are a that English law applies, not the law of wherever they are from.
I don't know what they are worried about, it looks very well organised and clean... Apart for the roof.
Id be proud
Yeah it's quite a nice little gaff. Keen security too
Bloomin’ heck, you really found a few classics at this place. Jason (Paddy) was priceless!! It’s a shame the police didn’t turn up to explain the law to them. Well handled. 👍
Glad you enjoyed it😊
What a waste of talent keeping Peter Kay in that building. His "description of auditor to police" routine, was comedy gold. Thanks for posting the week's funniest vid.
Glad you enjoyed it
Until someone is charged with wasting Police time this will continue.
And as for Jason, dozens of auditors are coming for you.😂😂
God felt Sorry for the operator. Like the the Swimming advert in the 70s eeeee hes now waving at us 😂
That security guard is like a character out of a Peter Kay sketch 😂
Garlic bread
You should tell them that they are breaking the law interfering with a Drone Pilot while they are flying a Drone.😂
"Illegal photographs"😂😂😂😂
Another great, free opportunity to promote their business lost forever.
Awww Jason. Bless his little cotton socks. He was ace!
You are very patient and polite with idiots 😁
9:42 "Don't get into conversations with him". The only thing Jason said right. Should've followed his own advice.
Yeah I reckon they have had training but this is a massive fail. For one, they probably meant this letter for people on their property not in public, and also he didn't identify and wasn't wearing a badge.
@@northernaudits His badge was probably on the blue chord hanging around his neck which should have been on full display. If he is S.I.A. Licensed it is a section 8 of the S.I.A. LICENCEING ACT. He can be disciplined or even have his licence revoked for not displaying it.
I was very disappointed when we didn’t see the police turn up. Was looking forward to the interaction/ floor show when they gave the man in the yellow jacket (and others) “suitable advice” about drone law and public photography etc.
Mind you I’m not surprised, they all probably have six others jobs/ appointments to go to on their to do list, with others coming in all the time. I am guessing that the control room operator was soon set straight by someone on patrol or the Sgt/ inspector on duty, that is if s/he didn’t already know.
@@northernaudits What did the note say? I'm sure I could rip it apart, figuratively not literally.
OMG. Can we have all the auditors go there, pure comedy gold 🤣🤣🤣
The high viz vest of power.
The security guy was like from a comedy sketch.
Good one. That was funny. Excellent use of dramatic jingle interjections like an old film noir movie! Loved it. 👏🏻🤣
Many thanks, yes I'm trying a new signature style to make it more watchable
@@northernaudits
Great. Just don’t overdo it though. Too much can be detrimental and have the opposite effect.
I think even being a security guard is challenging to his intelligence.
