There's probably a pass office at the pedestrian entrance on the other side of the building. Also note the ban on the use of open fire and electronic devices, this may be an explosion or fire hazard zone. He went inside and violated a series of rules outside the gate, maybe the whim of the owner, maybe for security reasons. Did he really have to delete the film? no, it's pointless if you can fly a drone, but it's a violation of the owner's rights. The woman knows the law so much that she confirmed that you can film from the public space, she does not talk stupid at all, although she is unpleasant and does not know the regulations on drones.
@@martinsanders6915 I'll write it slowly: Above her head hangs a sign prohibiting pedestrian access, it is clearly visible 8:24. This is the first auditor I see who does not check what orders and prohibitions hang in front of the gate. In addition, when passing a security booth, you can see the inscription on what conditions you can enter ("visitors to site 2:25). He has entered a private area where security restrictions apply, including a ban on the use of mobile phones. The yellow sign with an exclamation mark on his left is International Danger Zone Warning which requires compliance with other safety markings including the Public Restricted Area ISO 24409-2: WSS001. You can't say that there were no bans, he just didn't check if there were bans. It cannot be said that he did not break the law because the regulations of such companies must comply with the standards established by special laws, if the law says that in this or that kind of production there is a ban on the entry of third parties, a ban on the use of electronics, it broke not only the company's internal procedures but the law . The sound is poor and my English is not very good, but I don't hear anywhere about banning further filming, 4:31 tells him to delete the part of the film he shot on private property. This is obvious nonsense, but you can't say she broke the law when she tells him that if the auditor doesn't do it - she will call the police. This is a perfectly legal act and no one can consider calling the police as a threat. She's very talkative, she won't talk but she doesn't need to listen to any explanations, I don't know if there is such a thing as citizen's arrest in English law (every citizen seeing a crime has the right to apprehend the perpetrator and hand it over to the police) but in my country she could legally do it . She didn't know the drone laws - almost no one does, and that's where she actually started talking nonsense. But again, the key argument was the lawful call to the police. For me, a person who can't check simple information about land ownership and can't find signs describing the procedure for legal access to private space (or lack of access) has a much lower IQ. She is an ordinary henchman, he is an auditor. It's his responsibility to know when he's breaking the law. He learned a few rules - probably from other channels (fancy bike like DJ Audits) but he doesn't know the law. In another video, he insists that a hotel turned into a residential area: is still a public place.
@@martinsanders6915 "i. He entered an area that was publicly accessible, i.e., he was able to enter that land unimpeded." Not true, a written ban is the same barrier as a 6-meter fence, because it is the will of the landowner. If you do not lock your house / car, I can live in it too: because it was publicly available? NO! Because property rights are not protected by walls, locks and bolts - BUT LAW. "ii. The rules in regards to filming on that land, are company policy, but not law. Company policy does not trump law." Aren't you looking at the signs? there was no ban on filming anywhere, THERE WAS NO USE OF ELECTRONICS AT ALL! Have you ever been to a chemical factory? I've been to two: a match factory and an oil refinery. In both, the most important rule was: do you hear the alarm? wear a gas mask and get the fuck out doing splits in a hurry like J.C Van Damme. During any failure, clouds of gases or poisonous or explosive liquids may move around the plant, therefore fire must not be used, therefore electronics may not be used, therefore the cistern in the film (1:28) is located as far as possible from the key part of the plant. Therefore, the evacuation of personnel must not be hindered by the fence. Therefore, this is not a company policy, but a general act established by the parliament regulating: what class of establishment is to be enforced. An employee who smokes a cigarette there will be punished based on internal regulations whos BASED ON THE ACT. You, if you smoke a cigarette there, you will not be punished because "this is publicly available area"? Do you really think you don't have to respect the internal rules there? "iii. I didn't say she broke the law, I said she acted unlawfully. They are two different things, e.g: no law gives her powers to make her delete the footage; therefore, her request had no lawful presupposition, i.e., he was not obliged to comply with that order." She could tell him what she wanted until he forces action, she can make up rules he wants, and the auditor can laugh at it or comply, it is not unlawful to lie if the lie does not result in her gain (cheating) or your loss. Cops do this every day to get the thug to voluntarily confess. After all, for saying that without permission you can't fly a drone, she's also not in danger, although it's not true either. In fact, instead of talking so much, she should have called the police, she should have notified the plant's internal security services, it would have turned out that the auditor had bigger problems than he thought, and his video would have been retained for days as evidence in the case.
@@martinsanders6915 I perfectly understand the difference between a private apartment and a private company, but I repeat: security regulations do not result from picking the manager's nose, but from parliamentary acts. The company operates under a permit from the state provided that procedures are followed, if it does not comply with them, it pays penalties or the permit is revoked. Therefore, a ban on entry is a ban on entry, there may be no barrier/fence, a man differs from a monkey in that he uses tools, the basic tool in the 21st century is information. I watch more of this author's videos and in each his camera "accidentally" skips the signs with information saying that the entrance to the area is subject to restrictions. Are there any castles in this England, king, queen something like that? Because in the movies I see that the entrance has no gate, no barrier, but this business is guarded by a guy with a saber or a rifle, which is a clear indication: which side you are supposed to be on. And no one denies it, no one says that there is public access, so you can have a party at the king's garden. In London, they somehow understand the power of a word written in letters. Why not the rest of the country? Above all, it is about the safety of the auditor. I recently watched an audit from some shit hole in the USA, in the middle of nowhere there was an ambulance base: no barrier wall or warning signs. Of course, two idiots went inside, opened the ambulance, filmed about 5 minutes and then they were noticed by the staff. The police were called - they referred to what you said, and then the ambulance went to the patient on the siren. And now a question for you: The patient dies. What will the ambulance service say? "I put on the venflon wrong" "I sewed a glove in his belly" NO! They'll say:" someone broke into the ambulance base, rummaged through our equipment, and the police let them go". How long are these shittyheads auditors going to be in custody? Until the police determined it wasn't their fault. As long as the police want to look for another culprit. Ambulance doctors will do anything to take the blame off themselves. Was it worth it for 5 minutes of video? I don't know what regulations you have in your country, but the law in most cases is based on elementary logic and Roman codes related to it, the regulations are 99% the same everywhere. And that is why I doubt that entering the premises of a private company is an absolute right of citizens - because it is not like this in any other legal system. Everywhere the right of property is above the right of curiosity. Whether a company is open to outsiders is determined everywhere by the will of the owner, not a raised barrier or an ajar wicket.
@@martinsanders6915 The same can be said on the plane during take-off, there are the same safety restrictions regarding the use of electronics, but I am in a public place so the police will not take me out for not following the rules of a private airline company. Truth?
The lady security guard needs to realise she is legally obliged to show her Sia badge. Secondly she doesn't realise she has no right at all to make anyone delete images or footage. I could go on and on and on, but basically nothing she said was in any way, shape, or form, correct. the only thing I can see as an issue is her non display of her security badge. She was completely unwilling, and most likely unable to listen to anything anyone else has to say. I can only hope she is single as I would hate to think any poor bugger had to suffer her tyranny on a daily basis.
As someone who does security my self the sia rule say that badge must be shown at all times. Aswell as we have no authority to ask people to delete images or remove them of their electronic devices
When I came back to do the night shots they weren't that bothered about safety. Their security guard strobbed me whilst I was flying in the dark, so safe to disrupt the pilot in that way

I can't get over the fear, anxiety and over sensitivity these security guards have, anyone would think they just caught you in their own back garden 🙄😄the protocol is to ask you if you need help or what your business is for being there, inform you of any restrictions, monitor and report (if need be) and if in any doubt over any issues to inform their superior or site manager of the situation and ask for their advice, and not to take it personally and give themselves an heart or stress attack 😛
The two little teletubbies who know absolutely nothing about drone rules take the side of a Security Guard who is scared of another person and call the police. If that is the calibre of the site's security they need to employ another security firm.
Funny how it went from "they feel insecure" (!) to "he's in fear and scared" the longer she was talking to you. Surprised she didn't say he was on the verge of suicide.
Maybe the police should give all these company employees a big hug if they think their feelings have been hurt and then leave without all the copsplaining.
If the building owner "feels anxious" then surely, the police should not harass the perfectly legal pursuit of drone flying but instead, go to the business owner and explain that the person flying the drone is no threat and to get a grip!
Love the lady security guard, especially that walk she does going back to her security hut😅. The police officer who contacted you, obviously decided to chat you up towards the end🥰. Hilarious.

No SIA card or company ID on display. If she is SIA approved then she failed the SIA code of practice for non display of ID and failure to state her job title of authority.

He entered an area that was publicly accessible, i.e., he was able to enter that land unimpeded."
Not true, a written ban is the same barrier as a 6-meter fence, because it is the will of the landowner. If you do not lock your house / car, I can live in it too: because it was publicly available? NO! Because property rights are not protected by walls, locks and bolts - BUT LAW.
"ii. The rules in regards to filming on that land, are company policy, but not law. Company policy does not trump law."
Aren't you looking at the signs? there was no ban on filming anywhere, THERE WAS NO USE OF ELECTRONICS AT ALL!
They are two different things, e.g: no law gives her powers to make her delete the footage; therefore, her request had no lawful presupposition, i.e., he was not obliged to comply with that order."
She could tell him what she wanted until he forces action, she can make up rules he wants, and the auditor can laugh at it or comply, it is not unlawful to lie if the lie does not result in her gain (cheating) or your loss.
"I put on the venflon wrong"
"I sewed a glove in his belly"
NO!
Sometimes corporate security don't require it,wonder if that's the case here.
Oh dear what a beast she is.
As someone who does security my self the sia rule say that badge must be shown at all times. Aswell as we have no authority to ask people to delete images or remove them of their electronic devices
When I came back to do the night shots they weren't that bothered about safety. Their security guard strobbed me whilst I was flying in the dark, so safe to disrupt the pilot in that way
The feelings police don’t like being told no. Keep up the good work NA
I hadn’t realised one of the qualifications the police require these days is to be in touch with everyone’s feelings 🙄
I thought they were supposed to be impartial
What a complete waste of police
The security guard was a gobby mare
Glad you didn’t get arrested 😂👍🏻
What if you said those big wagons driving down that road at night put you in fear.Would the police please attend and stop them all.
More like a Nag I would have sent her to the rendering plant for dog food and glue.
Little female officer sounds like somebody you'd expect on the burger and tea/coffee trailer at the Sunday market asking "you want sugar love?"
At least shes at work and not claiming benefits.
Those two chicks were sent on this call because somewhere else something serious was going on. Near the end that other car went by on lights and sirens and they didn't even flinch. I'd wager if she wasn't a cop she'd still harass drone pilots.
Same thing she’s getting paid by public taxes you muppet pulki
hahaha spot on, " you want sugar love " lol
or, do you want me to take my teeth out this time sugar as you've been a good boy ?
Karen Cops, one of which has been inhaling Helium.
If I hired a security guard that got scared THAT easily - I'd want my money back!!!
That little WPC should get signed up for the next Haribo advert

Don't be so disrespectful to cleaning ladies! She wouldn't get such a job.
Probably the Dog section. She should be on a leash.

The fear police
That is just exceptional in so many ways. Superb control when faced with the very poorly equipped "security" guards......even more balanced and, dare I say, forgiving, nature towards the very poorly trained & informed "police" that were apparently called, but despite all that...a total gem of a very hard fought and no doubt, labored over video with the drone shots day & night.....very well done, my friend! Superb Stuff!
Thanks 🙏☺️ great to hear such nice feedback
Do those people worry about every person in the street because they don’t know them? God help us?
You have the patience of a saint. I found this video difficult to watch because of the absolute lack of ability for the security or police to actually let you finish a sentence or to comprehend what you were saying - well done for keeping calm, I was irritated just watching them. Absolutely fantastic drone footage at the end there - especially the fly around the tower. Great work.
I see that you viewed this a year ago. Please tell me i will have calmed down a little by then.. I was vexed by "ROBOCHAT" PO, at how low an IQ is now required of recruits. Bet she was jumped in... LOL. 😅😮😊

I forgot how f###ing annoying that ignorant security guard was...
The Copsplaining is strong with these two!
Vicky Pollard got a job in security 😂
The two little teletubbies who know absolutely nothing about drone rules take the side of a Security Guard who is scared of another person and call the police. If that is the calibre of the site's security they need to employ another security firm.
He was that scared he approached him to tell him the police are coming.
Sia badge on display? Criminal offence
You should not talk to the police . They are fishing for reasons to nick you .
Always, even when they "seem" friendly.

He might’ve made you fearful and scared too by coming out with a strobe light! What about your feelings then? Now we have the ‘Feelings Police’ 🤡🤡
Funny how it went from "they feel insecure" (!) to "he's in fear and scared" the longer she was talking to you. Surprised she didn't say he was on the verge of suicide.
"what's your name darling ?" How unprofessional is that!
Thank goodness you made this comment. I was searching for confirmation. How gross to call him that. Sums up the police.
I agree. I dislike people I don't know addressing me as" sweetheart" or "darling".
They spout such garbage based on something that the bloke in the pub said was the law.
Maybe the police should give all these company employees a big hug if they think their feelings have been hurt and then leave without all the copsplaining.
Oh my word that woman loves the sound of her own voice !! Just imagine being married to her ...
This company should be commended for employing her, especially with her being on the spectrum. Well done them.
Mrs dumpling made me laugh 😂😂 great audit
Your night shots are outstanding 👌
dodgy tactics from the police straight away when is this going to stop, harrassing photographers seems to have been a trend for the past 15 years
Why do police expect you to understand, when they don't want to understand.

Looks like they employ the “special” type as well

FEELINGS police !
If the building owner "feels anxious" then surely, the police should not harass the perfectly legal pursuit of drone flying but instead, go to the business owner and explain that the person flying the drone is no threat and to get a grip!
These security firms must go out of their way to employ the thickest people they can
😂
9:16 it let a "Wet Betty" RRRrrrip!!!! That was down in to its socks!!!! Hahahahaha
Brilliant one of the best
Love the lady security guard, especially that walk she does going back to her security hut😅. The police officer who contacted you, obviously decided to chat you up towards the end🥰. Hilarious.
If that is Rochdales finest God help them, inept in everyway, out of their depth and on a power trip that failed. An embarrassment to the force.
I lost brain cells listening to those police officers.
7:22 As she is not delcaring who she is, then she by default in only defined as a member of the public, so a section 5 would apply, as is causing a scene / argument, and her conflict management is just not there - shockingly terrible. No SIA card or company ID on display. If she is SIA approved then she failed the SIA code of practice for non display of ID and failure to state her job title of authority.
You do a great job with these videos keep it up
What a ray of sunshine that little guard lady is.
A barrel of laughs😡😂
Loved it Many Thanks
Love the feeling police, how about turning up to a burglary or where a real crime
Since WHEN did a company's COMFORT start to be a reason for the police to get involved?????
What if someone didn't want people walking dogs past their house - you can understand how they feel right? Call the police then🤣
@@northernaudits Of course, that's the first thing I'd do and the terrifying thing is they would come and happily waste another 30 minutes spouting rubbish and telling the dog walker to move on! :) :)
