17:30 And this is where Stephen Rushton proves that he didn't look at the law or even understand it. A civil tort is not something illegal. A tort is a disagreement between two people who then go to the court to ask for a determination. Nothing to do with the law and legislation.
@@DM-fz4nl You can use civil courts to handle cases where someone has broken a law but the police or CPS decide not to prosecute. But the main role of civil courts is to sort out disagreements or cases when one side has felt that they have been disadvantaged. For instance slander. It's not a criminal offence. The CPS and police will not handle it. So a person who has been disadvantaged has to sort it out in the civil courts. They will ask the judge to decide if they really have been slandered and to enforce the payment of the compensation they are demanding.
Hi, could I just say that the words 'illegal' can apply to both criminal and civil law. A crime is obviously something illegal, the loser in a civil claim has, having lost, been found by the civil court to have done something unlawful. Various judges have said that unlawful and illegal are interchangeable, and that while the word 'unlawful' provides a handy way to avoid confusion between civil and criminal law, the word 'illegal', strangely, is not really helpful at all because of its unclarity. (I'm only speaking of UK law here.)
If this one world ruling comes in it wont matter whats right...who is wrong. It will come down to ...so who has the most money! If its i think its called a circuit of judges, (same judges sitting if i read it right) does this apply to just one court or any court?

That smell is the smell of death. I worked at a place called Chettles in Ditchford, 20 years ago , which was an older but similar processing plant. I was on the wash, steam cleaning the trailers. Now that carcasses can no longer be used in animal feeds, since BSE, it is processed into bone meal that has to be incinerated. Wykes engineering in Wymington has 2 incinerators constantly burning bone meal from, here possibly, and also that is shipped daily from Ireland. They also incinerate food waste from all major supermarkets and timber from council recycling centres and generate "green energy" that is sold to the grid. I believe they may also have a place in Birmingham.
Cat 1 material has to be incinerated, cat3 can go back into the food chain. Cat1 is fallen stock and animals over a certain age, cat3 is unused material that has been deemed ok to eat.
I instantly remembered BSE when he mentioned meat was turned into PAP. I’ve been told in the past that processed meats like sausages are the unused material ground down?
@@BusbyTreeSurgery cat 3 is used for pet food. It's essentially all butchers waste and meat from slaughterhouses that isn't eaten by us. It gets put through a supercooker, rendered down until you have oil and bonemeal. It's the solid (bonemeal) that goes to petfood. Very high in protein, makes food good fish bait and fertiliser because of the protein level.

You should have given him a fake name and address. It would have cost you nothing, it would have made his day and it would have been funny to see what he thought he was going to do with it.

Why on earth would you give your details to a complete stranger, no matter how nicely you were asked, who has already made it clear that his sole reason for asking is so that they can be used against you!!??
I’ve always wondered what they expect the police to do? Do they think the police are going to instantly turn up for this? When your house is burgled, you’ll be lucky if a cop turns up within 3 days only for him to tell you the police won’t be doing anything about it.
I never understand why these companies don't realise this is a public facing interaction and a chance to educate the public about what they do. They are always on the defensive telling people to stop when they could be open, give a few details and use the opportunity to promote themselves
I fully agree. They don't need to be defensive and DJ Audits could reap huge kudos by helping companies see this. Follow-up visits with a company's blessing would be a powerful way of building trust and educating everyone, DJ has the manner and personality to carry this off.
A lot has to do with British culture, surprisingly I have been told most of my working life, especially when I was younger: "You can't do that, they won't let you" . . . One if my more pleasant employments was working for an American company, who would let you do anything but the British management kept insisting "You can't do that, they won't let you" . . . That's why most of my life I have been self-employed. The 'manager' (I was going to write 'man in charge', but that is clearly DJ) is just so typical of the British heiracy in the workplace - they want to stop innovation.
...I used to work there, 12 hour, 6pm-6am shift, 6 days a week... & it's no surprise that they want to be secretive... It's the factory of nightmares !!

The smell from these places is something that you don't forget. I worked near a rendering plant for a couple of years, and won't ever forget that smell. Going home every night and having a shower was a must before having your dinner

Great video mate. I wish you would come to Melton Mowbray and film Masterfoods petfoods plant. It's in the middle of our town and holds it hostage on a warm day. They fitted a million pound filtration system which does actually work, but on hot days the employees open all of the fire doors because it's bloody hot in there and the smell floods out, bypassing their costly filtration system. We complain all of the time, but they ask us to describe the smell, which is always a nasty fishy smell, and they just say they are not making anything with fish in it today lol. The smell is actually the 3D offal that they put into the pet food. It's gross, people really should feed their companions better food. Hope all is well dude, thanks for all you do. Stay safe x
Wait till he finds out that in order to take someone for a civil prosecution you must prove that they have cost you money and your claim is to recover that money. You also have to sue them as an individual and not a business, lost time due to employees leaving the business and wasting their own time and money is not a loss you have caused. They have to prove that you are liable for a monetary loss which clearly you are not as you never entered or damaged their property, therefore they have NO CASE. You also never trespassed as you never entered their property, instead you were flying legally under the Civil Aviation Authority who manage the airspace. Stephen walked over to YOU in public, if he didn't want filming he shouldn't have walked over to you, he came out and harassed you repeatedly (Civil vs Criminal are not the same). Technically you have a Criminal case against him for harassment and Intefering with a Pilot which causes danger to others.
To be pedantically correct, the civil claim can be for any damages, monetary or otherwise. So you can sue for loss of reputation. And also being pedantic, you can be sued for trespass even if flying a drone, but the flying of the drone would be interfering with the lawful business and means flying it so low that it is very noticeable and distracting. An example would be flying a very noisy drone 10m up over someone's garden who is enjoying the peace and quiet of a nice sunny day - that'd be trespass. Trespass can be against property, person who goods. Trespass is the committing of an act on another against their rules.
Says its a civil matter, and then hands over doctored documents that are based around civilian activities. And about filming people in their private lives. Which is totally different to what DJ does 😂 🤣
If he owns the freehold to the property then he owns the airspace up to 500 feet and in some areas 1000 feet above it and he can Tresspass him the Black belt Barrister did a Vlog about this a couple of weeks ago.
@@denis9450 you'll find it means air space not airspace, and yes, there's a different Airspace is the space beyond all measurable usage or building applications. Air space is the area of measurable usage and building applications. Hence extending your home or business. Drones can fly above one thousand feet. However proving flight hight would be difficult by sight.
@@denis9450 Nope a freeholder (or a leaseholder) does not own the air above their property. A drone can fly above a reasonable height that allows people on the property to go about their business. So flying at 70m is not interfering with their business and they are very unlikely to even notice it. What the distance you mentioned are about is interference via noise etc. So a very noisy drone (a dji mini 2 isn't) hovering 10m above someone quietly enjoying their peaceful garden can mean the pilot of the drone is trespassing. A helicopter hovering at 150m (500') would also be caught by the trespassing issue (and there are cases where this has happened). But a quiet drone at 70m is not trespassing.

As promising as that sounds -- I'll need time to think about it.........🙄
DJ Audits, you are my number one auditor with Auditing Britain. 👍👏👍
It’s Dave Spikey! “Look at the moon……..”
Keep up the GOOD work. Us drone pilots need more of this.
Oh I love your videos when without any effort or prompting on your part people make themselves look utter bell ends, I’ve had a crap day today but this has really cheered me up 😁
Imagine having Steven as your manager day in day out 🤦♂️🤡
You know someone is the final boss when they are wielding a pen and notebook. 🤦♂️
Reminds men of getting to the snake on Aladdin on the SNES in the 90's. A major anti-climax. All front and no challenge.
That’s The Notebook of Ultimate Power. People are supposed to be powerless against its masterful demands.. Stephen must have not read the rules properly and just assumed he knew how to wield it… Thanks Stephen.. a masterclass in the difference between self importance and self awareness.
You might could get a sponsor from one of those companies that scrub the internet for images. Being that for $50 USD per month there are companies who can take any image, even if that image has never been on the internet, & it can scan the internet for anything similar. When you post the footage... that is when he'd be able to identify who you might be. Your audits are hilariously polite, 10/10. I now have an urge to find a compilation playlist of multiple Audit-drone channels, the interacts are so nuance.
Oh so your a manager, so that means I MUST obey whatever you say, because as a manager you obviously have knowledge in abundance on EVERYTHING. What a lovely 🥰 individual. Should be nominated for an award. He’d like that!
This is brilliant. I could watch you doing this again and again. Such an underrated channel.
Good news Matt ....PUDDING ...may be the very CLUB thing for you but please use that first rule wisely
I agree. What adds value is when DJ builds a rapport with those he drops in on out of the blue.
Why is he going around winding people up ?? Only a matter of time before this guy gets hurt and rightfully so the arrogant little worm 😊
Be interested to know where the place in Birmingham is
I instantly remembered BSE when he mentioned meat was turned into PAP.
I’ve been told in the past that processed meats like sausages are the unused material ground down?
@@marcvanguard7916 what category is the stuff they allow us to use as pet food i get all my dog food from a dead on the land facility.
Another excellent running commentary from DJ and very well delivered. His speech has no pausing or 'ums and errs'. Always a pleasure to view his work. Very professional guy.

Poor old Steve does not have the first clue, "County Court?", "No, it will be the civil court."........ Hmm, find me a civil court Steve old chum
Excellent video - did anyone else notice the huge wine bottle at 5:30 ? DJ asks if they live there at 7:50 🤣. The chap at 19:16 looks like he's working for the council, stood there with a clipboard doing very little. I am convinced his laugh at 23:00 is genuine... but he realised DJ had made him laugh and immediately regretted it. Good work DJ - excellent footage and interaction. Audit gold.

A good question to ask them when someone says they are phoning the police is - "Okay, and what crime are you going to tell them has been committed".
I’ve always wondered what they expect the police to do? Do they think the police are going to instantly turn up for this? When your house is burgled, you’ll be lucky if a cop turns up within 3 days only for him to tell you the police won’t be doing anything about it.
@@notmenotme614 And yet, strangely enough, they very often do come out.

ok, i've decided dj and focus pocus are top 2 ever, just the tone is hilarious
They think they know who you are by know and take you on tour😂😂 👍up mate love your vids
I never understand why these companies don't realise this is a public facing interaction and a chance to educate the public about what they do. They are always on the defensive telling people to stop when they could be open, give a few details and use the opportunity to promote themselves
I tried to find out about the company and product to steer it this way but it wasn’t meant to be this time 👍
Spot on, I don't understand why they don't use it as a way to advertise. People are so 'job's worth' 🤣🤣
I fully agree. They don't need to be defensive and DJ Audits could reap huge kudos by helping companies see this. Follow-up visits with a company's blessing would be a powerful way of building trust and educating everyone, DJ has the manner and personality to carry this off.
@@DJAUDITS the only thing not normal in this video is you 😅
Why don't let others to film your home?
A lot has to do with British culture, surprisingly I have been told most of my working life, especially when I was younger: "You can't do that, they won't let you" . . . One if my more pleasant employments was working for an American company, who would let you do anything but the British management kept insisting "You can't do that, they won't let you" . . . That's why most of my life I have been self-employed. The 'manager' (I was going to write 'man in charge', but that is clearly DJ) is just so typical of the British heiracy in the workplace - they want to stop innovation.

Question. Did he not break the criminal law by interrupting you while flying the drone?
Probably not wise to raise the point considering that DJ approached them and lost sight of the drone. Yes the drone was in hover mode, but the regulations don't take that into account. However, DJ could sue the two blokes for distracting him from his task of piloting the drone.
@@TheSadButMadLad
Is all a waste of money, nothing would come out, but!!!! There's something else, the reason he wanted to sue him is because they don't want people to figure out that they process the animal parts on a gigantic open air drum like that witch is absolutely disgusting, i bet insects love it..... he still can use it as leverage against them or publish the story, i bet that's what was all about

'oh you live here, i didn't realise' 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
@@TheSadButMadLad All valid points but as he wasn't in breach of any of those points I didn't feel the need to include them.
@Kens UK Adventures - They Chose to do that on business time, they didn't have to so they were wasting business time not the person lawfully flying.
@@ThatGoth Accepted.
@@denis9450 Is that on his TH-cam channel?
@@denis9450 you'll find it means air space not airspace, and yes, there's a different
Airspace is the space beyond all measurable usage or building applications.
Air space is the area of measurable usage and building applications. Hence extending your home or business. Drones can fly above one thousand feet. However proving flight hight would be difficult by sight.
@Kens UK Adventures DJ isn't any Joe blogs though. Is he.
