I made it . Actually tastes just like it . Couldn’t find Pepperidge farm stuffing used stove top savory stuffing instead . Also I used to make these at Red Lobster the only thing you’re missing is scampi sauce over the mushrooms before the cheese then add again after taking it out if needed . I used to make these they’re supposed to be buttery

Thanks for this great video! I used your recipe as the base and substituted rice for the breadcrumb mix. I also added lemongrass and cooked with smoked apple jack cheddar cheese on top and they were amazing. The rice for me is key to the texture of the filling. I also found that briefly sauteeing the mushroom caps prior to broiling kept the mushrooms from being too soggy with fluid (that's more of a me thing as I used to be a picky eater and I'm pretty finicky with veggie textures). love your channel!

In my younger years my job allowed me to move around to many larger cities like Tucson, Memphis, Little Rock, etc. Location was never a problem in those days. Now that I'm back to living in the area I grew up. I have to either drive to Oklahoma city or Dallas. Which is 100 mile either way on I-35. Btw I live on the Oklahoma side of the Red River. Honestly with such horrendous traffic in Dallas metro I avoid it. Oklahoma City is a cake walk compared to it. I just don't go to either way much. So sadly it's been awhile that I've had the opportunity to enjoy Red Lobster. I can't wait to make this recipe. I know my son & his family are gonna love this as a appetizer. A couple suggestions for future videos would be Macaroni Grill's Nachos Napoli and Farfalle Con Pollo Al Sugo Bianco. These were my absolute favorite dishes on their menu but I haven't been able to enjoy them since every Macaroni Grill restaurant in my area has closed. They used to be called crab stuffed mushrooms in the 90's. Later they must have changed the ingredients and cut out the crab, but it tastes the same as before.
