Oh wow Looks and sounds amazing! The only suggestion I would make is adding some red peppers and old bay seasoning. I worked at red lobster for years and those 2 ingredients (minus the shallots but add white onions) is the only difference I noticed. Still delicious either way. Red lobster doesn't use crab meat. However, I do when I make them. It doesn't have to be exact in order to be just as good if not better. Thank you for the video.
It would have been better to add that whole jar of crabmeat so that you get the crab taste. The crab meat should out shine the filler. Great demonstration though.

That’s an onion not a shallot and shallots are more sweet than strong but still a great video. Shallots are almost tear drop and purplish….. they are soo good

Did you guys use crab meat, if so what year? I know now they dont use crab meat, but yes, the bay seasoning gives them that classic taste.

Mushrooms absorb water that's why you only wet towel wipe otherwise it destroys the mushroom.

Red Lobster stuffed mushrooms do not have crab in them. the seafood combo is chopped lobster, shrimp, tilapia and bay scallops.
