Has anyone ran into the issue with the 6.7 Cummins loping when you go into drive or reverse while it’s idling or if your coming up to a stop off throttle? Truck is well maintained and very low mile 2018 with 55k on it. Map sensor is new, FCA is new mass airflow sensor and IAT cleaned everything is functioning correctly. All fluids and filters changed well before due. It’s driving me nuts
My 18 thats deleted and tuned does it also. had a Race me ultra before sold to dealer and I bought it. it is annoying as fuck

On my black truck sitting in the grass it was 2.5” level and 24x12 American forces 305/35R24 tires.

Yes. Tune first then remove old parts
Where is the exhaust from
It was purchased off of eBay cause EPA is can’t so anything to individual sellers. It’s very high quality and comes with expensive big rig stainless steel clamps. I would guess MBRP or FLOPRO brand

Found an EFI LIVE V3 used.
Can you give any info of anything I'd want to be aware of before buying a used one?
I can go online for a VIN correct download, I assume?
Not doing a trani tune with my Aisen.
Just essentially doing the delete to get this back on the road and, maybe a slight HP increase for the 5th wheel.

Yes. Should be able to just purchase a new Vin license for the Autocal V3 and then use it to tune the truck. I have always just ordered the tune with the autocal or ez lynk. But make sure you have a professional tune. I would recommend same day tuning. They are cheap but also reliable.
You will need to connect it to your computer in order to transfer VIN license to it.

@@rc_1996 Sir. Thanks again for your response and I received the V3 last week paying $425 for the tuner itself, not coming with the delete tune.
I'll be purchasing the delete tune for it as well for $450. So, I'm thinking I'm still "ahead" with the $875 and I'll do the tune myself..... (?).....
I'm pretty "handy" and common sense had been taught me as a child and up. Specialist Sparky as a career.
Can I assume it's "not brain surgery" doing the tune? I've gone on the EFI website, downloaded the cummins download on my computer, updated it, added my vin and now waiting to purchase the delete tune to load it as well.
Is the action of hooking it up and programming the truck, me being completely ignorant of doing so, going to be a simple procedure?
I'm slightly worried I might f' something up, not doing this before. Would rather pick brains prior than have to spend money Ii don't have later.....
@@chrischapman276 it’s pretty simple. Either the tune will upload easy or it just won’t upload. Can’t really screw it up. Just make sure have everything hooked up to down load and follow the procedure on the V3.
