I use mine with Autoglym snow foam, perfect thick foam every time. This on a Karcher K4.

I think you should read the instruction that came with the Foam Cannon.The knob on the top of the cannon is to allow you to adjust the foam thickness to what you want.From what I can see you have almost got the foam adjuster turned off.Hope this helps.

The MJJC is a beast that makes crazy thick foam. Looks like you have it all the way open. User error, i have used multiple soaps in the cannon and MJJC has foamed them all

all mine including this one are MJJC and all give perfect foam and I just use the Autoglym snow foam in mine, bet it will suddenly work the next time you use it, if you don't want it I'll call round and take it off your hands

Hi Paddy, interesting view. I'm sad to see your result is not the same at all what I've experienced. For me, MJJC is by miles is the best (thickest) foam gun I used. I prefer MJJC over MTM Hydro foam gun, also. I tried MTM's lance today to see what's the fuss about it, and I think that it is not better, even though I expected to be.
In my opinion, on the MJJC, the + and - on the black adjustment meaning: "How much water you want to ADD in to the mixture", meaning towards + equals watery foam, turning towards - means getting thicker consistency. I have used mine all the way towards - since the first minute, and I was blown away. It might worth a try with an other foam solution (which thicker in general), but I don't think that should matter to much.. Or contact with MJJC, I experienced that they have a spot on customer care.
Hopefully you get this work soon on the way it should work, because it's an amazing foam cannon, for me.

I know it’s a old video but only thing I can suggest is the filters, if you ever took one apart then you’ll know there’s not much to a foam Lance, most are built the same way

That’s the same results I had on my MJJC . I’m using a dewalt electric pressure washer 2100 psi 1.2 gpm. I used the chemical guys “mr pink “ soap. Didn’t get the thickness of the soap like the videos . I also changed the orifice 1.1 . Not sure if I needs to change the soap or what .

My MJJC performance is about the same as yours, I am not very impressed with the foam, but the build quality is good

Same. I get much better foam from my hand pump sprayer. It's slower, but at least it dwells much better.
I think the issue I have is that my K7 Compact can't adjust the water pressure, so it flings out too much tap water for the canon to cope with. Even with double dilution

used mine with titan 100 bar with autoglym and got nice thick foam looks like you have adjusted foam thickness

Hi Paddy, I just got mine and I'm getting good thickness of foam. I noticed you used 100ml in a 1L bottle. Bilt hamber recommend 3 to 4% which is 240 to 320 ml of of snow foam in the bottle using the small orifice . Maybe that's why its not thick.

Hey David, yeah I was doing comparisons between different aspects of things, on the box they say to use 100ml so went with that. With regards bilt hamber, you need to work out the PIR for your equipment, not just between 240 and 320. Eg. My lance requires 364ml to get the 4%, check out the PIR video on my channel and might explain a little easier 👌

U r the who showed this type of result of MJJC foam cannon pro v2.... I saw hundred of reviews of this world famous cannon.... I think u didnt set the knob of cannon to produce maximum foam... Thats why this happend to u....

My question is about that inner smaller thread under the cap. Does that allow smaller bottles to be attached directly to the foam cannon? If so, that would be a very good addition to the foam cannon similar to Griot's Garage BOSS foam cannon which does allow the smaller bottles with that sized thread to be attached directly and then using Griot's "metering" tips which plug into the metal ball on the bottom of the pick up tube you can draw chemical right from the bottle without having to dilute it first which is a real time saver and convenience. It works brilliantly on the Griot's BOSS foam cannon which looks very similar in design to this cannon. It's pick up tube looks identical.

In regards to getting a lot of foam, what about the orifice size? If you have an electric pressure washer, installing the 1.1 mm orifice helps tremendously on getting thick shaving cream type of foam. I have several friends who have this particular foam cannon and they absolutely swear by it. Say it's the best foam cannon they have ever had. You might need to up the dilution ratio on your foam soap also.

No silly questions mate, we all here to learn! Yes all canons were at max dilution, bar the very cheap one which doesn't seem to work properly and you have to fiddle about with the mix control to get it to work!

I'd guess you got 2 1.24 oriface. order a true 1/1 oriface, and try again.

I just got whatever came in the box, same as any consumer would get. I'm still using it now to see if it gets any better, it did seem better alright so want to put it up against my old lance again and see 👍

There’s something wrong with that I have 3 cannons and my MJJC is by far better than all of them with so much better foam

It’ should be perfect out of the box
Check the gauze in the end is not faulty. Still shouldn’t happen.
They are very thirsty but very very foamy
