It's so yummy 😋 it's like making ur very own Alfredo sauce. You will love ❤it trust me! I'm a fan of white sauce than over and red sauce. You don't have to worry about acid flux or adding sugar to cut the acidity. 😅

Genius to use the parchment to transfer but then remove after a few minutes for better crust browning! Best of both worlds. This is so much better than cornmeal on the bottom because I don't like the mouthfeel of grainy cornmeal on the bottom of my pizza!

Made this for the super bowl. My husband said it was excellent. However, I had to leave the parchment paper in the oven.. it was not coming out! The edges were toasted, but it didn't burn up in the oven. We'd never had a white sauce. Love your show. Go Chiefs.
My husband and I made this together and it was amazing, very delicious. There was only one little problem we ran into. We put to many toppings on! This dough recipe was so simple to make.
I have never heard of white sauce on pizza. I googled it and I learned something new. I learned from an Italian lady on making homemade pizza with tomato sauce. I will try the stuffed edges with the cheese. Thanks

As much baking as you do I'm surprised you don't buy yeast in bulk. SAF yeast on "A" is under 10$ per pound and last years if you store it in the freezer! Love your videos, even as a seasoned cook you've taught me a thing or two!cheers!

Rachel, Sautee the mushrooms first with a little garlic and olive oil. It gives them more flavor and eliminates any excess moisture. Yum.

Made this for the super bowl. My husband said it was excellent. However, I had to leave the parchment paper in the oven.. it was not coming out! The edges were toasted, but it didn't burn up in the oven. We'd never had a white sauce. Love your show. Go Chiefs.

My husband and I made this together and it was amazing, very delicious. There was only one little problem we ran into. We put to many toppings on! This dough recipe was so simple to make.
I have never heard of white sauce on pizza. I googled it and I learned something new. I learned from an Italian lady on making homemade pizza with tomato sauce. I will try the stuffed edges with the cheese. Thanks

As much baking as you do I'm surprised you don't buy yeast in bulk. SAF yeast on "A" is under 10$ per pound and last years if you store it in the freezer!
