I work at a local pizzaria, we were discussing how to make the dough better. This video has given me some good ideas. Literally just add seasonings to the dough..!
Garlic is said to inhibit yeast. Don’t know if that’s true or not
@@tedpeterson1156 i add it to mine and it doesnt seem to have any effect on it. I proof anywhere from 45 min to 48hrs depending on how much time i have.

Yea that sounds good actually, but what works with a quick home pizza dough may not with a 50lb bag in a commercial dough mixer. I use 2 cups sugar, 1 cup salt, 4 eggs, 2 cups olive oil, 2 cups of buttermilk and 4oz of yeast.However this is Buffalo pizza so it’s gonna be different than everywhere else but just to give you some ideas.

So Kent guess what so last night me and my mom made your dry rub ribs omg they were so amazing but the saddest part is we already used all the barbecue sauce I should have gotten more but it's okay now I know but it was good the ribs were amazing they would tender the crust was amazing My grandmom is staying with us and she even loved them she's 91 but she's good

I had to go back and watch a couple of times and then go read the recipe because I saw the baking soda sitting there by the bowl but couldn't remember you putting it in the dry ingredients. Thanks for attaching the recipe at the bottom! Looks delicious!

@@kfin45 Yes, and it is a tablespoon, it tasted like a croissant pizza dough, yummy! I think I'll make the other a veggie, it is so rich and yummy! It's only me and this recipe makes four 8" rounds. Ooh, breakfast pizza!
