    apparently is the electric power steering. you only hear it in the cabin coming from the steering column

      you replaced the power steering fluid?

      @murmur5579 from what I know I have the electric rack no hydraulic. The only power steering fluid it uses is for the ACE system.

      nothing yet. I have some bushings to replace on the stabilizer bar. lets see if it changes. one thing to note is that my mech noticed and I did after that the noise happens even if you are not doing anything nor moving. like a gear of sort every few seconds on idle. some kind of electric mechanism noise.

      Thanks. I have noticed the same - not just on turning, but also upon slowing and intermittently on idle. I also hear it on acceleration in a straight line. My tech replaced the brake booster and that did nothing. Let me know what you find out - I’ll do the same

      To me sounds like metal grinding nose, and this car has a very common issue with the wheel bearings (have to replace both sides) Please make exhaustive check on that.
