- If you’ve got 5 minutes, you’ve got yourself a big bowl of BIBIM-GUKSU (or bibim naengmyeon)! These Korean cold, spicy, chewy noodles are deliciously light and refreshing, yet bold and punchy. The spiciness, sweetness, and tanginess makes the perfect mouthful 🤌

@@NoodleWithMe I made this (added a little bit of kimchi) and it was simply amazing! I hope you come back and make some more videos in the future, I've liked and subscribed and hit the notification bell! Aww thanks for the kind words Brian! This means a lot - definitely need to find some time to get back in the TH-cam game 📽️
This looks so yummy! Can’t wait to try this recipe 😍🤤
Yay! I’m excited for you. We had it with Gami and Korean pancake the other night 🥰
Is gochujang really spicy? It's in so many recipes and I wanna try it
Gochujang is a mild spicy - I’d say definitely give it a go! You can always add a touch less :)
The gochugaru (Korean pepper flakes) is spicier though! Again you can just add less or omit.
How is this cold noodles? Is it because it is served cold or am I missing anything?
Since the noodles are washed in cold water to make them chewy and not cooker again, the whole thing comes out at normal/alightly cold temperature.
Is there a replacement for rice wine vinegar?
You could also use apple cider vinegar 😊
Can I use instant ramen noodles?
I'm not the poster, but yes! Angel hair pasta works really well too, it's not authentic but it is delicious.
