I went with my gut instinct and chose your video.
It helped me more than I thought I needed. I started off anxious and left calm, tears running down my cheeks.
This was everything I needed to get rid of things I've been holding onto for far too long.

Thank you for posting this. I felt great afterwards but had tears also. I thought that could be a bad thing but it sounds like it could be normal and good for us
I was so tense and my heart was racing at the start of the meditation. It felt as though I could feel it beating out of my chest. By the middle of the meditation, my body felt SO relaxed that I fell asleep (which has never happened) Thank you for this meditation. ❤

There have been many times where my OCD and anxiety race thru the whole thing, but as soon as I hear the final word *boom* instant calm.

Your voice is wonderfully soothing. Whenever I’m unable to sleep, I play the meditation for Anxiety and Stress thru my headphones.
By the end of it, I have fallen asleep and feel more relaxed when I wake up!

Oh my god I feel so relaxed and at peace now. I have been experiencing tension on the left side of my head and it has been always difficult to release it. After your meditation I feel so light and relaxed, and your comment about stress and anxiety being feelings that can be released has enlightened me. I was a ball of tears when you said " turn your attention to your body and notice how you feel physically And however you are feeling now is okay". I am sure my body needed that release. A health professional said I need to find some form of relaxation. I chose this video and 2 other but this is the one that gets me really chilled out and reduces my blood pressure. Love the background music as well.
Since the starting of the year it's been so stressful..there's not a single day I was not overthinking....today finally after so many days I felt a little bit calmer....and happy...and even for some time I was able to let go of those negative thoughts....thank you

That was awesome. Towards the beginning of meditation, I was walking through a forest, and a grizzly bear came at me, and we started fighting. As soon as you said repeat the word relax. The bear laid down, and I was lying against it.

Halfway through the meditation I started crying.
All the thoughts and worries that I shoved aside and buried under a huge load of work and tasks finally came through.
For quite a time I felt the need to cry but I just couldn't.
Instead, I held on tight and couldn't let go.
Maybe because I was afraid.
I still have a feeling of inner tension but something has changed.
Now I am more open to heal.
I'll try to implement meditation in my daily routine.
