    I don't tend to comment on videos but this one needs one. If you haven't tried this video then you should. I suffer from real bad aniexty and stress. This video within the first day after listening, I could feel the difference. You've got to keep listening but it makes a difference. Now I find myself saying I can be calm, I will be relaxed when it starts to feel overwhelming. This is definitely worth your while

    This has honestly saved me from going to the ER for what I feared was a heart attack but was a panic attack. I have panic disorder and do not take meds, this video calms me and puts me to sleep. It honestly works. I now listen to it nightly when anxiety peaks. I’m extremely thankful!

      I really struggle with health anxiety and it keeps waking me up at night after 3-4 hours sleep then I cannot get back to sleep till my day starts at 7am.
      I’m suffering with short term insomnia from health anxiety. So I am searching for ways to cope.
      I hope this video helps me as it helps you and hopefully helps others too.

      Try adding some natural sources of magnesium and potassium and add them to your diet as well. Sometimes, the anxiety is our body telling us that it just needs something and minerals are very important. ❤ Love and light to you

      When I have a panic attack, sometimes I start to calm down and it feels like it passes then it fires up again on me again 😵‍💫

      I've been extremely anxious due to high blood pressure. This session made me feel like I escaped the misery a total out of body experience. I was floating in the warm Caribbean Sea incredibly relaxed. I intend to do this now on a daily basis. Thank you.

    I had a lot of anxiety and intrusive thoughts about an upcoming trip. I was throwing up, feverish, had stomach cramps, headache. I listened to this for two days before sleep. A few hours before leaving, I wanted to cancel but suddenly I remembered the words “relaxed” “calm” and my stomach cramps instantly went away! My nausea instantly went away. I felt relaxed. The anxiety kept coming back a few times but I kept hearing your voice in my mind. I’m on day 4 of the trip and loving it!!! Thank you so much 😇🙏

      I am going through a lot and this is me right now. Im moving from a terrible place to a more peaceful place and its so hard to adjust. I dont know where to put my defenses. I have a lot of recent teauma i havent had time to work through. I havent been able to keep anything down for the past few days. My throat is raw, my head is pounding, my blood pressure is sky high. I wish i didnt have anxiety at all.

      @ I’m so sorry to hear that. I really hope you get through this soon. Please remember that anxiety is just a feeling like happiness, sadness, anger etc. It’s our fear of the anxiety that keeps it alive. Please just remember it’s a feeling and try not to think about it :)

    I’ve been dealing with a lot health wise and mentally. Super bad sleep insomnia caused by the anxiety, I tried this while going through an anxiety attack and i ended up falling asleep before the video was over.

    I have recently developed tinnitus and am not coping well with severe anxiety and sleep issues. Have been trying meditation and it helps, but this is on another level. I have had no sleep for 48 hours and terrible anxiety to the point I can not eat. Just listened to this and feel calm for the first time today. Thank you so much

      I've had tinnitus for ten years now and I found that listening to these videos every night have really helped tune it out! I hope things are improving for you, it can be really stressful!

      Please try to eat a few spoons yogurt before bed. Will counteract the nausea that comes from worrying and losing appetite. Also if you make protein shake in morning, chocolate with banana it will calm you and help you eat.

      I know how you feel. I developed tinnitus after a bad cold 20yrs ago. At first I thought I could never live with this but you do. Your brain adapts and gradually you forget about the noise and soon there are periods when you don’t notice it at all. The one thing I found that made it worse was stress. So it is important to try to limit this in your life. I just want you to know it might not seem so at the moment but things will improve and you will enjoy life once again.

    Hypnosis helped me years ago when I was having severe anxiety, and I was fine for quite a while. For some reason, my anxiety returned again very recently and I've been listening to these and been able to get more relaxed. I plan to listen to these each day for the next few weeks at least. What you say here is quite similar to the therapist I was seeing before. I find it best to listen to these in bed as you're falling asleep.

    this helped me so much i'm actually a little bit teary eyed writing this after finishing the video. i suffer from cptsd and had a panic attack so bad i thought i'd have to seek the ER because of chest pain. i decided to find a meditation to try as a last resort. this relaxed me completely. love and light to you, you are one of a kind and i appreciate your work.

    My dearest Andrew,
    My blood pressure had been uncontrolled to the point I was on triple meds...the doctors started gently telling me it could be anxiety. After waking up in the middle of the night with my heart racing and fearing reading my blood pressure. I came upon this video. I have been listening with earphones daily.
    I sure do love when I walk down that staircase😊.
    I can, I will with your help.
    My bp has become controlled after a week with you.

    I was experiencing a severe panic attack. Muscle spasms, rapid heart rate, hyperventilating, stabbing pain in my chest from the muscle spasms. This video shifted me into a state of bliss and calm. Thank you🙏🏻

    I suffer from hypertension. I was in the ER yesterday evening because my pressure was high and I was feeling numbness in my hand. The nurses took my BP several times throughout my visit. On the next to last vitals check, my BP was 150/92, still pretty high. I started looking through YT and found this video. I listened for about 20 min when I felt a tap on my shoulder and it was the nurse to check my vitals again. I could not believe it when I looked at the monitor and it said 123/80. I was discharged soon after. I never really believed in these types of videos but this one made a believer out of me

      Elevated BP can also be because you’re lacking potassium and/or magnesium in your diet. Find some natural sources of these and consume them regularly ❤ Love and Light to you

    Thank you so much. I had to go to the doctor today, and I was extremely nervous about it because my regular doctor had refused me the prescription I needed last time (he had a reason but he was being extremely over cautious, IMO), but it’s the only thing that actually works and doesn’t make me sick.
    Well, he’s away for the holidays, and it honestly couldn’t have gone better. The doctor I saw cheerfully switched me back, no questions asked. She gave me a prescription for the entire year! But I had already gotten myself so worked up, that I still couldn’t calm down. This really helped.
    Yes, I have both panic and anxiety disorders, in case that wasn’t obvious, lol. I hope I remember to listen to this everyday.

    I had an anxiety attack tn. Usually no meditation works. Then I found this guy and more specifically this video. As a went through the video doing what was said to do. I didn't notice much at first until something wierd happened. It was like I was here but somewhere else at once. It happened out of nowhere and was somewhat creepy how relaxed I suddenly felt. I can go on and on about this video so I'm gonna just say..... wow.... I feel amazing

      Do you take drug for the hypertension cos I had it from This axienty often my bp will be normal but sometimes it will be off the roof when my axienty is high

    You are a God send. I was having the most horrific panic attack I've ever had, I really thought I was having a heart attack. My pulse was rapid, had heart palpitations, had waves of a weird sensation gping through my body. I decided to try your video before going to the ER, I ended up falling asleep but made it through.     I dont know why. I walked down the stairs to your voice and I felt I was there. I pictured myself in a safe place, my childhood home in the closet of my room. I felt secure and relaxed, I then remembered of a picture my mother painted that I threw away in the last year. I now regret that decision. In an instant, I felt full of anxiety and regret. I couldn't continue to listen. I will try again this coming week to a different one of your sessions as you are so highly rated.

    I was having pain the chest and a funny sensation at 3am this morning. I thought I was going to have a lung failure or something. I need to do deep breathing so I open YT and found a breathing exercise which I did for 15 min and I continue with one. It’s so relaxing. I can and I will. I can feel the smile on my face and the pain fading away. Thank you Andrew for the amazing video. I felt so much better now. God bless.

    I had the shadow of anxiety cover me and at times it seems hopeless. I found this video and it is really helping me move through this terrible storm.     This session has been very helpful to me. I only recently realised that I’ve lived with low - level anxiety for most of my 70+ years. It’s taken a while to fully respond to this self- hypnosis ( I’m not very responsive to hypnosis) but I practice most days and am feeling so much lighter. Thank you.

    I listened to this trying to wind down so i could sleep and ended up falling asleep and having the deepest, best sleep I've had in months. II was so relaxed that it made it hard to wake up this morning but then I felt refreshed and ready for the day once I was up and moving, which is rare. Thanks for sharing!

    I’ve had anxiety for years. Diagnosed GAD, panic disorder as well as PTSD, however the PTSD isn’t really a forefront issue currently, it’s mostly generalised. There have been seasons in my life where the symptoms haven’t been as bad but recently they have been the worst. I’m currently switching medication from Escitalopram over to Venlafaxine, I’m hoping this will work.
    This video however has been a Godsend! This has helped me many times in the last few weeks, thank you so much! I find if I’m having a panic attack, I can’t really sit still to complete it but just doing it when I’m not so panicked helps set me up really well for whatever’s happening during the day. Really grateful.

    I just did your video tonight and it actually was very relaxing 😌. I have bad anxiety and depression in my life right now because I’m unable to work or unable to make money because I can’t drive because of my anxiety. I listened to this video and felt relaxed. I just wish I had a better life because of my struggles but with your video I’m gonna do for relaxation.

    Battling a nonstop state of anxiety, as a PTSD aftermath.
    I am currently experiencng peace and relaxation, after listening to the 'meditation' twice (in bed).
    Definitely planning on doing it daily.

    Past days due to major stress situation I can't get out of anxiety. I tried other meditations which did nothing for me but when I found this one and tried it .. immediatley felt relieved, calmer, the tension at my chest dissapear...New subscriber here and I will be visit your channel daily.     I usually do mindfulness meditation for 15 mins first thing in am , Day one 2.22.24 on this video , going to listen for 21 days and report back . Today I felt this video helped me, curious to see how I feel listening to this for 21 days.

    I have CPTSD, Major Depression, Generalized anxiety, Panic Attack disorder, debilitating IBS, and I think I have undiagnosed OCD with a helping of what I suspect may be BPD or Type II bipolarism.
    My uncle who was my father figure growing up, my rock who was there for me as a child when my parents abused the hell out of me as a child, unalived himself during COVID lockdowns, and that just broke me completely.
    At one point in 2022, i was seeing 4 different therapists for different kinds of treatments, like EMDR (game changer!), DBT, and talk therapy, as well as self medicating with psychedelics, psilocybin and DMT, both of which I grow/make myself. I know I'm a hot mess.
    I've been using these hypnosis videos you've made while on psychedelics. This is what I would imagine actual psychedelic therapy would be like. I put on a sleep mask with built-in headphones and just ride the wave of calm.
    I will say, I didn't get a lot of of mindfulness. I find my mind races too fast for it to really benefit me. These videos work a thousand times better. Almost immediately I felt my anxiety just melt away. The psychedelics help tremendously with my depression, to the point now that I rarely feel down. I'm taking psilocybin every other week and DMT nightly. No real sadness to note. EMDR helped me cope with past trauma tremendously.
    Up to recently, I have not had an answer for my crippling anxiety, despite the other treatments working very well for my other issues. Until now. Your calming voice, technique and skills have calmed me like nothing else before in my life. I no longer experience anxiety during my trips so long as I'm listening to these, which has greatly improved the effectiveness and my tolerance for being on those substances. I can focus on doing the introspective work with them as intended with such a calm.
    Thank you so much for these. Even after ONE session, I already felt a calm that has been so alien to me. I can't describe how grateful I am to have access to these on my own terms, whenever I want for free, and without judgement for resorting to self medicating with psychedelics.
    This is the future of therapy for people like me. Words cannot describe any of this really, and I'm sorry to bombard you with so many of them.
    You've likely added years to my life and I cannot thank you enough. You and your videos are a precious treasure.

    Absolutely wonderful session. I have been suffering from silent reflux since the Covid pandemic (clearly anxiety related) and am convinced that learning to cope with the anxiety will resolve the lpr. Have always been a stressy, overthinking (what if ...) type of person. I am well aware of this but not very good at dealing with it unfortunately. Thank you very much for posting this.

    Thank you so much for these videos! I had coronary bypass for "Christmas" 2023. Recovery has been challenging due to experiencing anxety. These events/attacks have been so severe at times they sent me back hospital. I found these videos about 5 days ago and there has been a significant change and an almost full reduction of anxiety. I listen 2 to 3 times daily to at least one of your videos and if I feel an event developing. Cardiac rehab started and I downloaded you to my phone to listen to as I exercise. Again - THANK YOU!
