    Wow.. in 4.5 years of regular mediation in a multitude of varieties, I just had an all new experience around the 8 minute mark of the video... my lips and chin began to quiver and I shed a few tears. No prompting thought. No external circumstance. When I asked internally where this is from, the answer of "gratitude" emerged. It is currently the week of Thanksgiving. What an experience. Thank you.

    bath of harmonics. In the small white bowl you mostly hear the lower (A) frequency and a pretty stong 5th (E). You feel held in the the space of the 5th. open. The larger bowl brings in the 5th stronger but than I also hear the 3rd (c). The medium bowl I hear mostly the 2nd or (B). At first you are kept in the span of the perfect 5th and that is very healing. Then you experience the major triad. A,C,E. you do not feel the dissonance that pulls you or creates tension. WHen she first hits the medium size bowl that brings in tension at first but than it all changes with how she plays with the different beats within the frequencies. Man, I am going to go through this over and over again. Thank you

    This was my first time listening to an entire meditation video. This was beautiful. I felt heavy, but in a good way. I could hear positive things being spoken to me, and I kept tearing up. This was awesome.

    I did 10 minutes box breath with this meditation today and wow I'm feeling so calm . My mind is quiet and I feel super zen. I've liserned to this sound so many times it's bloody amazing 👏

    I didnt know I needed this, but this was actually very nice for my BPD brain...my chaotic thoughts managed to take a break ...its like this was numbing my thoughts so I could finally have a break

    Hello! I'm going through a rough breakup which is making me so sad. It's manifesting in pain in my solar plexus area and had trouble sleeping without crying excessively. I'm just amazed at how listening to this works by giving me uninterrupted sleep and feeling great waking up. Thank you!

    I actually loved this. I was just feeling stuck in a bad funk and I tried this and I felt like the sound waves were washing away all my negative energy. I felt my stomach and chest release tension I didn’t even know I was holding all day. Literally made me feel so much better!❤✨

    Wow, first time doing meditation Ever, if your new to this like me, becuase u have panic attacks or depression and u want to find Peace. This really helps for real! Like 5-6min in my body complete change, was a bit scary first but i just kept hearing the sound it flet like i was flying in the air for a moment and suddenly this feeling in all my body of relax. Cant really tell in Words how it felt like, almost when u get gooosebumps but x 1000.

    I sat and tried to focus on breathing, at 5 min mark I unconsciously said out loud "this is fucking insane" even my brother who sat beside me gaming asked why. this is my first sound bath. thank you for the wonderful video

    This was amazing, I tried this type of meditation for the first time. When the sound started I could feel heaviness in the heart area, but as it continued it passed away. There was a point where I got goosebumps! I enjoyed it 😀💫

    Certain music or sound, can resonate with brain waves, at certain frequencies! When your brain resonate with that sound, you feel brain getting focussed into a different thing, a kind of meditative state! Thank you!

    Lovely! I suffer from chronic neck pain and used this video as a timer for using a cervical traction device. I got a feeling like my head is heavy and the muscle is learning to stretch and release again after forgetting how to do for so long. It's hard to describe, but no other video or music has had that effect.

    I have never been able to sit and meditate, but that’s exactly why I have to try it. Then I watched a video by the Shaolin monk Shi Heng Yi about how some ppl need sitting meditation while others need Tai Chi, and some can’t do those so they try sound meditation, and this video just gave me the weirdest feeling like I was hypnotized and my head started rolling to the sounds and stretching out my neck and I left my body momentarily as I was focused so deeply on the sounds, it’s like the sounds helped to release the tension in my shoulder that has been hurting badly today, it just needed this type of sound therapy and my body moved the way it needed to so it could stretch and heal. I didn’t think I’d like it to be honest but it was an amazing experience. Thank you for sharing. ❤

    This was beautiful. I was in bed with lights on and my eyes were closed the entire time. I felt as if someone was waving their hands in front of my eyes. Kept seeing so much light movement. Haven’t experienced it like that before. It felt like I was in a dark room with a candle on. Hope that’s a good sign. Lol 🧘🏼‍♀️🙏🏼💖

    This was my first time using sound bath meditation. I had alot of positive memories coming into my mind during this meditation. 1st time ever experiencing that when meditating.

    I have began meditating daily and I love meditating to this audio. I ask myself what my body is feeling to try and understand what emotions may be feeling trapped and unfelt. I ask myself if my throat is tight or dry to understand if I am angry. I ask if my chest is tight or my heart is aching to understand if I am sad. I ask if my stomach feels uneasy to understand if I am anxious. I ask if my shoulders feel heavy or my back feels achey to understand if I am burdened. Meditating for me is challenging. There is a resistance to feeling my emotions. Although I sometimes have anxiety, anger or stress I almost always have sadness. Almost every time I meditate I shed tears for myself and the difficult childhood I endured. So much neglect... I sometimes feel intense shame at needing to cry almost daily but I remind myself that my securely parented friends would require the same self compassion if they had been through what I have been through. I hope by continuing to practice this process of connecting with myself that I can integrate the pieces of myself that I cast off during my childhood so that I can become a more self aware and loving person. Thank you for your video, it truly is a blessing to find audio that helps ease the resistance that I feel towards this process.

    my english teacher took us to this in a trip and can say its so relaxing and was a pleasant experience i actually fell asleep in like 30 mimutes or so which a 4 hour session or 3 i forgot 😢 was nice to experience would visit again and encourage others to do so too

    I really enjoy live sound baths but have a hard time finding recorded ones that make me feel the same way live ones do, I found this one to be very pleasant and similar to listening to live!

    This instantly helped me relax, I could feel it in my lower spine and my third eye so strongly, very strong and beautiful energies and frequencies. It's especially beneficial for me cuz I'm more clairaudient and it's hard to find smth that's not too overwhelming so thankyou 🌼

    1:22 nice!!! I experienced this irl they put it on my head and stared hitting the bowl gently and the sounds that come out it crazy it makes u feel relaxed sleepy it basically vibrations that can heal you usually on 432 hz
