    To you reading this right now... you are beautiful. Everything will work itself out. Everyone here knows how you feel right now. This feeling sucks, but know that you will be be ok. This too shall pass...Don’t fight the anxiety, just allow it to work it’s way through and Let it do its thing. Embrace the moment as you become at peace with things. Now I want you to close your eyes and place your hands in front of you and lightly wiggle your fingers like you’re playing a piano. You are shedding this off as we speak.     For a long period of time my mind has been overcome with stress to the point of playing games, hallucinating and see things that are just not there due to my intense stress levels of overthinking and ruminating over things that I have no control over. Since coming across your video and engaging in your meditation practice consistently and daily. I am now starting to see significant changes my mind and total wellbeing is more relaxed too. Thank you so much you are a life saver. Much appreciated 🙏

      That is what we found too when we began. We believe meditation has huge benefits but it does have to be made a part of a daily routine. We;re so very glad the work has helped 🤲

    Oh my God I needes this. I suffer from CPTSD and severe anxiety. I've had 2 panic attacks today, one yesterday. I haven't been dealing with well at all. :( Thank you so much. I swear you save lives. Hope you're living good lives, you deserve it. Thank you so much. Thank you so so much.

    Wow... that helped, that really helped. I faced with quite an unpleasant situation that left me speechless, I couldn't breathe, I felt numb but with too many thoughts rushing through my mind. There were too many things to handle for me, so I needed help and I found it. It eased my mind, I could finally fall asleep. And as I write it in the morning I can say - I still feel great. The problem isn't gone but at least I can breathe. Thank you, guys, you do a marvellous job, more like magic. Love from Ukraine.

      For those of you have the depression and Anxiety my healing when the panic attacks come I except it calmly and I say to myself show me what your worst I want to see and than I said its that all ? As soon I say that the panic attacks fade away slowly. My experience for 15 years I suffered very badly because I cant even go to my mail box to get my mail and when I start to get help and I realised it's only my mind win me and than I refused to take the drugs the doctor gave me and I trained myself and I stop going to the classes that they put me in because I was thinking its wasted time because no one wear my brain but myself even they learn or study about the illness but the end of the day its depend on me how I think so I trained myself to except when the panic attacks me and I ask myself like I talk to a human IS THAT ALL ? CAN YOU SHOW ME YOUR WORST im sound I lost my mind but its work everyone when I say that my brain knows im not scared and it's calm down but before I'm scared and I even fainted because the more you scared the brain take over but when you go against it I tell you it's works thats how I healed I dont heal from drugs or the professional I healed from I changed the way I thinks . And another things I say no one in this world die from panic attacks or Anxiety if you put it in your mind I tell you you not gonna sick no more . Remember everytime take a deep breath even you drive or cooking or watch TV always take a deep breath. I hope I make sense. Sorry for my English but I try to explain might help anyone.

    It’s currently 5am and I have been feeling very anxious and panicked since midnight. I started to feel hopeless as I couldn’t fall asleep but as soon as I came across this video I started to feel a lot more calm and found myself drifting to sleep.       Me too. I've had severe anxiety my whole life .. I remember really noticing it in my teens and now I'm 52. These guys are one of my favorite 3 channels on TH-cam that I use to help me manage it. But my goodness, what I wouldn't give to get rid of it completely!

    I was feeling really stressed out and overwhelmed with managing my job search with the symptoms of my cptsd. I felt so stressed that I even cried a little. This guided meditation helped me not only to relax but it also helped me get some very needed sleep. I've been using this throughout the past week and it's been nothing but helpful. (My favourite part is the positive affirmations. 😊) Many thanks to The Honest Guys. 🌻

      You’re so welcome. When we began this we saw thee was nothing free (We’d all chipped in to buy some guided meditations a couple of years prior) So we wanted people to be able to access it if they needed to but couldn’t have afforded courses.

    This was my 1st ever guided meditation. It was so good that I didn't realized I was zoned out on my floor. I actually was either sleep or tranced. I felt like I had a warm fuzzy blanket right out of the dryer feeling all over my body. It helped my anxiety med work even more. This video calmed me faster than medicine did. I was great for the rest of thr night. Even in the am I was alittle better!

    this. this right here helped me so much. i suffer from anxiety and ptsd and the nausea that comes with my personal reaction to that had kept me from going to school for months now (ive done elearning). i have a mandatory in-school test april 8th and this really helped me heal and feel ready to go back.     When my PTSD gets the better of me, I turn to this meditation. It’s one of your finest and with our work together, I believe you The Honest Guys, presented me just one week ago today with divine intervention. After “sitting in limbo”, for months searching inward for purpose in my life, (I’m retired) I was approached by a woman just asking if I would consider being a Coach for the city’s swim team. It’s a dream come true for me. I have Purpose in my life now, Thanks a lot to You!

    I remember him speaking in my ear telling me I'm okay next thing I know I hear a bell and my eyes popped open my whole body is relaxed... no burning in my stomach no pain in my hips and my chest feels calm. Amazing 👏

      It's only recently I understood the expression "there's nothing to fear but fear itself". How true those words are. The fear itself is doing awful things to the brain and in relation, the body. Become an expert in parasympathetic response in the nervous system. Learn to keep it moving so the sympathetic responses are not triggered so often making everything feel and seem SO much worse than it is. The fear is the thing to be fearing.

    Recently been through a traumatic experience. I haven't really felt right since. I haven't really been able to feel comfort. It was about 3 weeks ago which isn't long ago. But its been horrible being in this place of discomfort and rumination all the time. Emotionally I'm struggling alot. Thanks for this meditation. Helps me feel a moment of silence in a midst everything

    I was having a really bad PTSD episode and this really helped collect and heal myself a little. My thoughts were racing.. I felt a tight band around my head and once the video was over I felt this overwhelming sense of peace and ability to relax again.. thank you.
