i like to think that meditation is not about not thinking but about observing the thoughts and letting them be without digging into them and without judging them. the brain is weird and thoughts will always come unfortunately :-)

Thank you very much for this meditation. Since I discovered it, I listen to it several times a week. I have tried other meditations, but this is my favorite. The harmonious combination of voice, background music, words and time fills me with energy, calm and gratitude. After the 10 minutes of meditation, I feel as if I slept for at least an hour. I like to start my day with one of your morning flows, and today i followed up with this meditation. I want to point out one thing that I absolutely loved... You end the meditation in a manner that allows people to continue their practice without all the self promoting and click this... Bless you for understanding this small but very significant element. Datevdm it’s normal to have different emotions come up during or after a meditation. Watery eyes or crying is simply an outlet of buried emotions- an emotional cleanse. Try not to get too attached to these feelings and just allow yourself to experience whatever comes up. 🙏
