    Breakfast
    2 whole wheat roti with any vege or daal...
    200 ml milk with 2 table spoon peanut butter
    Snack
    2 banana or any fruit + 100gm paneer
    Lunch
    4 whole wheat roti with any vegi or daal
    Evening snack
    One handful Rosted chana + peanut
    After gym
    1 scoop whey
    Dinner
    2 whole wheat roti with dal or vegi.
    Before bed
    200 ml milk or shake

      *Main 13 saal ki age se cooking kar raha hu..aur mre ko cooking bhut jyda psnd h isliye maine soch lia hu ki abb mujhe Chef hi banna hai chahe kuch bji ho jaye..but mere parents bolte hai ki Bawarchi ban ke kuch nahi kr paoge yeh sab faltu chiz hai... wo chahte the main bhi engineering karu yaa phir kuch aur accha kru...apne bade bhai ki trah... mere bade bhai ne mujhe samjhaya and usi ne mujhe suggest kia ki apni skill dikhana hai to abhi se start kr do.....To isliye maine soch lia tha ki main TH-cam channel khol kar apni recipe logo ko dikhaunga and phir 9th class me maine ek cookimg channel start kia tha but mmy papa mana kr die the ki abhi pdhai me dhyaan do ye sb faltu chiz mat kro 12th ke bad krna jo krna hai...but mne 10th board ke khtm hote hi maine apna new youtube channel "Cooking Beast Ayaz" start kiya... Aur uske baad se regular recipe videos upload kr raha hu ... But likes aur views naa ke barabar aate hai fir b main upload rehta hu mujhe bas logo ko apni skill dikhana hai kyuki mre ko cooking krna bhut accha lgta h..* uaais

      @@MysterAlien HIIT 2 times for 30min in a day at morning 15 min n also at evening 15min.... my weight maintenance calories are 2250 but i take 1500 to 1700 calories in a day and also i do Intermitting fasting 18:6, i mean to say that i eat foods within 6 hrs window everyday....
