I always love Dancer workouts, It’s perfect to focus on posture of the whole body and pay more attention to the rotation of legs 😅 and the nice work of arms (far from easy 😄). Of course I want more workout as this one! Thank you dear Nicole 💝🌻🌻🌻🙏🏼
These dancer workouts take me back to when I was a little girl and took ballet classes for a short period. Thank you for that. Plus, they make me feel more graceful in my posture, so thanks for that, too! Great workout. 🥵🩰🙏🏼😍
one of the best compliments i got was in a barre class when the instructor asked if i had done ballet or dance as a kid because my form was so good. i was like .........! i had taken like a handful of classes in high school because my friend had been dancing for many years and i lived with her and her family at the time and i tagged along but that was it. i just love ballet inspired work outs so much. for me its also wonderful how you use soothing music and tones. most fitness ppl use very upbeat and loud music and holler out how wonderful we're doing which is cool but i prefer your approach. i have been doing your work outs for over a year. im so glad i found them. im so glad i typed in "at home barre workouts" and found you! i started intermittent fasting around the same time which helped me slim down a lot. but i think that i wouldnt feel as good if i had just lost some weight the end. i do feel like my body is more toned, i feel like i can COUNT on my body to do things like work out! its a wonderful feeling when you get your body to be a friend to you rather than something you are constantly battling. thanks for your dedication. we all have insecurities and self doubt and im just so lucky, as we all are, that if any doubts crossed your mind about starting this channel, that they were not yielded to and that you made the choice to put yourself out here for us, no guarantee but full risk, and now we all get to benefit from your care and attention. thank you Nicole!

Hi Nicole, I was confused about a lot of the alignments for these exercises. In the curtsies and the inner thigh exercise - more explanation on how to align my legs please! I was worried about hurting my knees in the curtsy and didn't know whether to be on the outer edge of my hip or roll onto my glutes for the second exercise. I love your workouts but this one was hard to follow! Thanks!
